Dropped off 6 dress shirts and 4 dress pants last Saturday to the manager (older gentlemen) and was told it will be ready the following Monday. I picked up on Monday from a young woman worker and I kept telling her I was missing one dress shirt. Although the ticket only indicated 5 shirts & 4 pants, I know my personal belongings and what I dropped off. Went home to double check and I was certain I was missing a shirt. I called again and she said she will leave a note for the manager to call me in the morning. The following morning, I never received a phone call so I called myself. When I called the woman, she gave the phone to the manager and I told him my situation. I described to both workers what my dress shirt looked like and how it was one of my favorite shirts. The manager then gaslighted me by saying “sometimes people mistakenly think they brought in 10 things when it’s often 9.” I continuously told him how I was certain I was missing a shirt. He then told me he will work with me and then rudely hung up on me. About a week later and no update. I will never continue my business here again. I understand the company receive lots of items per day, but as a customer, I know the amount of clothing I dropped off and expect to pick up. Not sure why my missing shirt wasn’t indicated on the ticket, perhaps it got ruined or lost, so they deleted it off the ticket. Overall, the other reviews for this place makes sense because other customer notified lost personal clothing as well.

I took my husbands dress suit to be cleaned. I told them it had fallen and been laid on by our cat. “No problem, there’s an extra charge for pet hair”. That’s fine. No worries. I get a call the next day, with the owner telling me that they just don’t have time to remove “this much” cat hair and I needed to pick it up. Ok. Went to pick it up and found this note attached. They really need a lesson on customer Service. The note said: (can’t attach picture to this)“2nd cat lady that came in. ?. Already tagged in. Just need to do cat hair. My eyes were getting itchy”.Learn some customer service skills, you have none.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I took my clothes there and they didn't want to tell me how much I was going to pay. When I pick ed it up I could not believe the overpriced they were charging.I would have preferred to buy new clothes with that money....too expensive

*****Alert Alert Don't bring anything here to be dry clean period. It was my first time here and it will be my last. This place is horrible I decided to give this place a try because it was closer to home. I've bring 6 jacket here to be dry clean including leather and wool jacket. I took my wool coat to have dry clean because my kids spilled milk on it. My wool jackets was never clean I still have bunch of milk stains on it. My coat now have a very strong chemical smell that would make your head hurt. My husband vest got damaged it was ripped. It was not damaged when I give it to them. They ripped it than they put a tag labeling "defective condition before cleaning". This place is a crook and will they will ruined yours belonging. I'm disappointed and very unhappy.

This location has apparently changed management. Three to four years ago, I had my king-sized comforter dry-cleaned at this location. I recently returned to have the same service with a coupon. I am 100% certain that my comforter was LAUNDERED not DRY-CLEANED. Then, I was charged $10 per sham cover to have them dry-cleaned. $20 to dry-clean two king-sized sham covers??? REALLY??? Beware-- 2 king-size pillow shams are considered "household items" at this location; thus the $10 charge. The shams are smaller than a standard bath towel!!!!! To conclude, the older gentleman attendant was a j**** I have frequented Perry's for many years, as my son also took all of his office attire to this location for dry-cleaning. NO MORE. This location RUINED my comforter. It was incredibly wrinkled. Price gouging was most definitely attributable to what was an overall rotten experience. NEVER again! Don't take your garments or bedding items to this business. You will DEFINITELY regret it.

Never bring your wedding dress to a dry cleaner! Take it to your bridal shop. I took my wedding dress in to get it freshened up for my wedding on Saturday. When i picked it up today, i saw the stitching around the bra cups and beadings were torn out and a tear on the left side. I pointed out the damage to one of the employees and she said “it was already like that.” Imagine my concerned because my wedding is 3 days away! Both my maid of honor and my mom both said it was not like that before because we checked it throughly so it could be wedding ready, if it was really damaged, taking it to the dry cleaner would be the least of my concerns. The lady then calls her manager; who keeps said the same thing, that the dress was like that when it got there. If it was already damaged, the right thing to do was to call me and let me know. They both then stated that “ its the manufactures fault, and sometimes after cleaning things can fall apart.” Like how rough were they treating my dress? I doubt that a $1500 dress would just “fall apart” because of dry cleaning and pressing. I was so upset because i’ve had this dress for a while and nothing was wrong before i brought it in and wanting my $ back. After spending an hour arguing with the lady, I left the store cause they keep denying that they damaged it in the process to go to David’s bridal to get it fix. They then called me back and said they are refunding me the $. I asked my fiance to go get the refund for me because I don’t want to talk to them anymore, and when my fiance get there, one of the lady just throws the money on counter and walked away from him without a word. That was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. Luckily David’s bridal was able to fix the issue and said that they get complains from brides about dry cleaning a lot and would have to fix the damages they caused. They advised that I should’ve brought it in to them directly and I wish I knew David’s bridal does cleaning. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a dry cleaner and bad customer service. If they were to own up with their mistakes I would’ve have been this upset. Wasted my time for an hour just throwing the blame around with no proof or logic. So don’t bring your stuff to them just in case it “falls apart because of bad quality due to manufacture fault.”

Do not bring anything important here. I brought my wedding dress here to dry clean few days before my wedding and it got multiple tears. Manager said it was because the dress wasn't "well made". First off, wedding dresses cost a lot to not be "well made" also it is dry cleaning not industrial washing machine. It should just be steamed. The girl was helping me also said that the top part of my dress was hand washed. Just no! Got a refund and went straight to David's Bridal for to get it fix.
