This location should NOT be registered as a Penske pick up spot. It was actually a self storage place called CubeSmart (which I was not aware of until I showed up at the place). I made my reservation online and it said this place was available with the truck I needed.I showed up during my pickup time only to find there was absolutely NO ONE available to help. The place looked deserted and I didn't even see any Penske trucks anywhere. The front office was difficult to find and behind a locked gate so I couldn't even get to the front door. Called Penske and they didn't know what to tell me. Called CubeSmart and no answer. After hanging around for 20 min trying to figure out what to do, I decided to head to the nearest Penske location to get my reservation.Very disappointed and inconvenient! I almost missed my deadline for my product I needed to pick up because of this hassle!

Pickup and drop off was quick and easy, they claimed the gas was 2gal short of full at drop off even though i had just put almost $70 in the tank, so i got charged another $17 for 2gal

My first time renting a truck with Penske, and definitely one of the greatest customer service I've received. Tiffany the Manager on site was amazing and very helpful. Great customer service is hard to come by in this day and age. Thank you Tiffany for your time and helpfulness!

We rented a truck with a car hauler from this location. The staff was very helpful. Stephanie and Brenda both went out of their way to make our rental work for us. I would rent from them again and highly recommend this location. Thank you Stephanie and Brenda for all your hard work on our rental!!!
