Hookup sent to me by Infiniti roadside. Driver arrived in a timely manner and took a few extra minutes to confirm car couldn't be started. Would use this company for future towing needs.Services: Car towing

Laith did a fantastic job. I thought my car battery was dead after trying to jump it myself and the emergency brake was stuck. He was able to jump my car with his portable battery and fixed my “stuck” emergency brake. In the end I didn’t need a tow. Would recommend this company for honesty and knowledge.Services: Battery service

Their customer service was great. They came in a timely manner on a Sunday and towed my vehicle where it needed to go. He even allowed me to ride with him to the location which a lot of towing companies are not doing at this time. I definitely suggest this company!!

they did an outstanding job! your in good hands, especially with the tow man named Sam with the glasses and accent, so we know we’re taking about the same person. For someone who has had a routine of towing her car, this company has done the best out of them all. there was a point at the end where he quite literally could have done the bare minimum to just leave our car with the mechanic but I think he right about left when we did. talked with us as we were talking with the mechanic. he really made sure we were fine even answering questions if we had any. just super helpful.

HOOKUP Towing Services was hired by my insurance company to pick up my car and tow it to the shop. Laith was extremely polite, professional, and was very careful with my vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience from a tow service.
