These guys are awesome! They take care of our oil changes on our 3 vehicles, all our inspections and most recently fixed an engine coil and did a full tune up on my BMW! My 20 year old car is running like new!

I have used oil depot for years. But within this last year I have had two costly bad experiences with them. One was AC compressor $850.00. Not fixed. Next power steering leak $500.00. Not fixed. I don’t recommend this place for anyone with car issues. I have nothing good to say about this place anymore. It has changed for the worst.

Per their website they open at 8:00am arrived at 7:30 and waited an hour (8:30) before finally leaving. Don't waste your time arriving early because they have no respect for your valuable time .

I can not say enough good things about this place. They are kind, honest, and well priced. I once had an electric cable for a wheelchair ramp that I no longer use tear and just hit the floor. I stopped there, and the main guy took the time to remove the whole thing it out for me. I was so afraid it might cause a fire. When I tried to pay, he did not charge me. That was so kind of him. On another occasion, the a/c in my kid's wheelchair van broke. He shopped around for the most affordable parts and had it ready for me the very next day. I would highly recommend this place.

I drove up, all doors open and working on cars, Im sweating bullets because my pin core on my ac needs replaced, and they said nope we srent working today. Smh

They did some great work on my car I will not lie about it, however they took my brand new battery from my car and replaced it with a battery that started failing a week later. When I tried to get in contact with them about it. Nothing.

I’ve been going to Oil Depot for many years. I trust the work on my vehicles and have not been disappointed. I had an extra warranty on my SUV and my total bill was one fourth of the cost I would have paid if I used my warranty. I recommend using them on oil changes and major work. I since have canceled my extra warranty on my two vehicles. ? I travel from Rockwall and worth the travel to not be unsatisfied . Give them a call if you cannot reach them try again they are busy but will get back to you. ?
