NYAL totally dropped the ball with our process! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible communication from Kat & Tammie. We’re told one amount for closing cost and interest rate unnecessary additional fees. Right before closing 8/31/2022 NYAL stopped any and all communication with myself and the title company. We tried calling, texting and sending emails to please communicate with us. Didn’t hear anything! Save yourself time & the headache!

My experience with (not your average lender)was very unprofessional and poor services. I would not recommend themto any new first time buyer or continued buyer. They did not communicate effectively nor have a understanding how the VA works they stated that I only qualify for less then my current home is worth and just went with another lender and qualified for a half a million dollar home so It is clear they do not know what they are doing. Go with a company that is reputable and do your research. Also furthermore I have reached out to multiple lenders each one of them stated they can use ot and bonuses not your company can’t and furthermore I stated to you my house was sold and assumed your company can deal with credit issues which is not all accurate and you guys gave me one number then ur colleagues gave me another number get you stuff straight I understand why you have bad reviews

This has definitely been an emotional journey and we are forever grateful to the Rowlett team! Great experience!! I was so scared to buy a house. From the first call I made to Katherine to the first appointment she made me feel confident. I send her some homes on a Friday night that I wanted to go see and the next day on Saturday she had us looking at homes and even set up a appointment on Sunday to see another home in which became our dream home. Kathrine guide us through the whole process and never gave up on us. Their was times I wanted to throw the towel and call it quits because I was so impatient. But she always helped and always had the answer for me. I really highly recommend and will continue to refer to family and friends.

I highly recommend the MK team. I had previously tried since the beginning of this year to get into a home by summer. Kat and Carmen were fantastic! I had an idea of what to expect when I started this process and they exceeded those expectations. Interest rate- lower than expected. Closing cost- lower than expected. From start to finish the process was confusing unprofessional and difficult. I did have a great realtor they recommended and without her I would have been in the dark. I was not treated as a customer or with respect. I did finally get everything done and closed after fighting the whole time. Beware
