Never have i been so confused in my life of why i couldn't get a refund on a item. I bought a gas powered trash water pump and it would suck intermittently. So i took it back to get a refund but was told that the store Mechanic would have to look at it before giving a refund. WHY? I am returning it because it dose not work and its only been 7 days and the store has a 60day returning policy. I want my refund regardless if they can fix it or not. That is not my problem. So my company well no longer use this store or any of its locations. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I strongly recommend that you review your return policy of the company. This is all around bad business. Now we have to by another pump to not lose man hours waiting. We were going to buy a bigger pump from the store but now ins a big NO FOR ME!!

Worst online experience. Bought a fan online and the app said it’d be available within 1 hour, I give them three hours. Get to the store and they cancel my order as I’m there. Stay away, use better businesses.

Been to this store to buy something and have come out with nothing. My first encounter was to buy a stihl chainsaw and so I looked for an associate to help me. She was no help. She said she had to call someone in that department so they could help me. She proceeded to go to a phone and call someone to help me. She said someone will be out to help you. I was standing there for about 10 minutes and no one showed up so I left. Thought I would give them another try and I placed an order online on 05/27/24 for a Metaltech Muti-purpose 6ft Baker-Style scaffold to be picked up in store. Well, they did it again, cashier girl by the name of Jacquline G called for someone to bring out the scaffold up to the front of the store because it was not in the holding area. She called several times and so I waited and I waited and waited for someone to show up with my order. This store has several associates and it seems that no one wants to help. I walked in the store on 05/31/24 at 9:38 AM and it was 9:58 AM when I told the cashier to give me my money back. She politely said she was sorry and proceeded to give me a refund. I have receipt and proof that I am not lying. Never again shopping at the store.

Used to like this store. As of 4-13-24 I’ll never step foot in there again. Went in for bearings and see what else I wanted. Seen discounted boots so I grabbed two pair to try on same brand just different style: as I was going to try the second pair on low and behold one of y’all’s worker comes over there and made it so obvious that he was watching me for some reason I guess cuz I had a Harley shirt and tattoos gotta be profiling is all I could guess. If I didn’t need them bearings I’d made sure yall had a reason to watch me. Look I’m 49 yrs old make more per hour then probably all your employees and I don’t steal ain’t got any use for a thief. So stop profiling people let people shop. So do to your employees ignorance you lost out on about 250.00 sale .
