I have been employee with Naturich for 9 years. The company has definitely grown in those 9 years for the better the company offers the employees great benefits and they take care of their employees. We have company picnics all the time and a Christmas party at the end of the year. The managements also listens to my ideas and communicates with my department. I Recommend Naturich as a great place to work and give it 5 stars.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Never work here.The management is the worst. There is 2 managers that bully their employees both of their names are Marina Andrade and Marina Valenciana. Toxic work environment they both always gossip with other employees.They will walk up to the employees and yell at them like they are children. They show no respect and spread rumors.The training is horrible.

It is hard to reach anyone the same day and receive same day results. When errors happen it is not customer service driven to correct the errors and put the customer first. I have had many conversations and they are forgotten, I am forgotten with zero follow up calls. It appears they are understaffed and could use some extra support and customer service education. The current bottle labels also wash off in water, which is very odd since your back bar shampoo bottles and shower shampoo bottles will have water and shampoo on them when in use. The product is amazing, everything else is not.

Poor training and terrible benefits. Unprofessional and toxic work environment. I wouldn’t recommend it. When you leave they short pay you by at least half your regular pay, meaning your last paycheck is paid out at minimum wage. Keep looking!
