It's the first time I went to this place and I really liked it, the customer service was very good, the oil change was very fast... I really liked that they took the time to check my car and see that everything was fine and that It didn't have a defect, they let me know what I needed and it feels good to be told if everything is fine in your car or not, it is encouraging to know that you are riding in something safe...a highly recommended place...

Floored by the level of service I received here. Came for an oil change and new break pads and they let me know my break pads were still good and showed me vs letting me pay for new ones I didn't need. If you're looking for a shop that has honesty and integrity in mind this is the place to go.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Super friendly folks. Didnt try to upsell me which I appreciate. Oil changed in under 10 minutes. Vacuumed and washed the windows too. Excellent service. I will use them from now on

I needed an inspection that was overdue and it was a Saturday when most other places are closed. I got an immediate inspection service and was done in twenty minutes! The service personnel were very friendly and helpful. If all their services are done this well, I would go there again!

I was originally quoted $1000 by the smaller Indian guy that's always at the front desk for new brake pads, rotors, and struts, this also included labor. That was too much for me at the time but 3-4 weeks later my dad helped out and bought all the parts. We just needed someone to do the labor. I took it back to this location explaining I had all the parts now and just needed the parts put on, and I would pay for the labor. I reminded the manager of the original price ($1000) but that also included parts and I now have the parts so I will just need to pay for labor. He was extremely rude to me and said " ok let me tell you how it's gonna work, I will only do it in cash, and I didn't quote you $1000 for parts and labor. I replied and said yes you did sir and I now have the parts that were $500, how much will labor be? He said ma'am I think I know what I would have quoted you. His tone was very rude and I feel like he was trying to screw me out of the original price and get more money out of me. Don't go here! Not worth it. I ended up taking it right next door to wonder auto and they were extremely kind and a fair price. I know this was a fair price bc I explained this situation to 3 other places and they gave me similar to a bit higher price for labor. Don't go to Mobil 1 express. Rip off and they're rude!

They broke my car and left me stranded. I came in to get an inspection and either the dude hit a curb really hard or was really having his way on the braking test because when he came back he only had my keys in hand and not my car. That guy and mainly the guy running the store laughed about it and then said that it was my fault. I had to go find my car because they were absolutely helpless and rude, they just kind of pointed in the general direction and laughed. When I found my car on the complete opposite side of the parking lot (I had to walk past three buildings to find it) the wheel was barely hanging on and the front axle had been completely bent and ripped out. They were not busy at all as I was the only customer there at the time and instead of trying to lend a hand, some knowledge, or check that I was going to be okay, I'm sure that they sat inside the AC and continued laughing about it. All in all I would say that these guys have no integrity or character and I wouldn't trust them to change my windshield wipers.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Amazing experience they always make sure everything is good before heading out. And the employees are so helpful and get things done fast and ready to go . If they see any issue to the car they will confirmed you before fixing the car. I’m always happy comming here.
