RATED FOUR STARS ONLY SO REVIEW STAYS ON TOP!But I am only giving them a ONE STAR.I bid on (and won) three ledgers that they posted FOUR images of! When I received the ledgers, which I paid over $100 for, EACH ENTRY on EVERY PAGE THROUGHOUT was marked through with pen or pencil. The pages are useless. They grossly misrepresented the product, leading to a higher bid. So I say, DO NOT BID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY for auction companies that list accurate photos. Lesson learned here!

I'd assume that picking stuff up at the auction house would be okay, but as far as buying online and having stuff shipped I'd pass. I was charged $45 for a item that would fit in a small flat rate box for $9. They do use UPS, and UPS does all the packaging and shipping. Still, I reached out to the owner and expressed that, this would stop me from buying in their auctions in the future (which they didn't seem to care about) and because they use a shipping company, maybe they would want to think about hiring a high school student or someone in house to lower shipping cost on items and increase their customer base. Based on their response they have no faith in our youth and aren't really concerned about increasing their customer base.

In attempt to determine if they would be interested in an Estate to liquidated , and after 2 emails and no returned call I moved on. Just not someone to do business with. So, when you call their number you are told the do not monitor the phone, and provide instructions to email. Over one week two attempts....not a good business practice. And in anticipation of the spam excuse, perhaps a business who only monitors emails would be sure to monitor their spam folder. Got to wonder about how the business is run. A side note, this was one of the best live Friday night auction in DFW when it was Miles Autry Auctioneers . A case where the new does not replace the old....too bad.

Very impressed with this company. I bought a product from them that was missing crucial parts. Michelle called me to apologize and agreed to refund my money. That’s the kind of thing that makes me confident and trust then in the future.

Great auction to buy from and consign with. Kyle and his wife do an excellent job and consistently have good quality items in their auctions. Been doing business with them for over 5 years now and have no complaints.

Classiest auction group in the North Texas area. I’ve been fortunate enough to have dealt with Mr. Foster and his team for going on 2 years now and each auction has been just as exciting and consistent as the previous with always having high quality items. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all areas from antiques to modern day pieces. It’s always pleasure to see these folks and genuine and fair in dealings. Family type atmosphere with just the amount of sass!!! Love the auctions but pick up day is the most enjoyable part for me as it’s always nice to catch up with what’s gone on in the previous week. You won’t find items that are as rare and eccentric as you will here. They say you can’t pick who you’re related to……well if I could I’d be related to these fine folks.

The auctioneer, Kyle Foster, was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. I simply questioned why his invoice amount was different from the actual charge to my credit card (The invoice I was sent listed sales tax charges, so I followed up with Mr. Foster, by e-mailing a copy of my Sales and Use Tax Permit, just in case he might need it for verification and to have the charges removed). Although the charge was roughly $1 less than the invoiced amount, it was more than I understood, at the time, it should be, since no follow-up invoice or e-mail was sent explaining the difference. I was trying to understand the difference, still, as I must account for all expenditures for my small business, for tax purposes. I asked him when should I expect a reimbursement for (what I believed to be) the tax charge and sent him a screen-shot of the charge. His response, “Please see there is no tax on the invoice. Please read our terms and conditions of the credit card fee. Thanks”, then immediately followed up with “I honestly don’t know how else to explain that you were not charged sales tax.” Again, I was trying to understand the charge since it was not 100% clear what I was being charged for, in addition to the charge for the auction items. When I asked him to provide a receipt or an invoice that shows the actual charge (a 3.99 percent CC fee, that I was charged, was not reflected on the invoice), so that I may add to my records, his response, “Auction flex software doesn’t have a option to add the credit card fee. Please use your credit card statement for your records. Thanks”. I have not had this issue with other auctions houses and other auction houses have quickly accommodated my requests.I replied by thanking him for his time and that I would be leaving a review of his auction. His response, “Your ridiculous lady”. He continued with threatening messages and blocked me from bidding with auction house (a notification was sent to me of his action).I do NOT recommend this auction house and will never do business with them, again.

Beware - this business does not take Covid seriously and they obviously don’t care about their customers. I went to pick up a few items from an auction and the cashier and one of her helpers indoors was not wearing a mask. I pointed out she was not wearing a mask and that I was not comfortable going inside. She made an excuse and told me I should stay home if I was concerned about getting sick! I will not be doing business with this company again. During this time when so many people are getting sick and dying - wearing a mask is the least you can do for the well being of your clients and fellow coworkers.

I bought some scrolls from them, they never answered their phones, lost one of the caps for the bottom, making the scroll worthless, left footprints on two of the scrolls, this company and ups took 20 days to get it shipped to me and 4 of the pieces were damaged. If they didn’t take so long to get everything to me I’d definitely use again, imma make like 3000 off of the scrolls

Once the"shelter in place" order went into effect, I had to find a new way to try and get my "junking" fix so I started participating in auctions. I love their auctions and usually items area good value! I have seen many unique and unusual items for the "junkie" in you if you like vintage, antiques, etc.

I've had my fair share of attending auctions, both online and in person. This is by far one of my favorites....the lady at the front (I think her name is Michele), made me feel welcomed and she was very down to earth! The gentleman in the back was super helpful and willing to carry my item (a single statue) to my vehicle for me. I will definitely be back.Thanks! :)

I visited for the first time today to pick up a dresser I’d won in an online auction. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They loaded the dresser for me and wouldn’t take a tip. Thank you all for your help and kindness and great prices and amazing finds. I’ll be bidding again soon.
