They had such great customer service, with very quick responses when I had a question. They came out to pick up my car and dropped off their rental meanwhile my car was getting fixed. In one week they were able to make my car look brand new! Thank you so much!

I’ve enjoyed my service from Metroplex Auto Hail Repair! The level of professionalism is incredible. I had the privilege to have been lended a loaner car while they repaired mine. In about 1 week the work was completed. If you are in the market to getting hail damage repaired I highly encourage you to choose these guys!! My car looks brand new! Thank you for the air freshener such a nice touch.

Metroplex Auto Hail Repair was awesome. They helped me throughout the entire hail claim process with State Farm. They even picked up and dropped off my car so I never had to leave work. My BMW M235i looks brand new again. I highly recommend them for all of your paint-less dent repair repairs!

Very rude, when answering the phone ..literally all I needed was hail damage repair and a dent on the bed of my truck fixed and dude was trying to total my vehicle out before even seeing it very bad customer service
