**UPDATE** The other day my husband and I had a not so good experience but mostly it was miscommunication on both ends. Jessica at Tmobile reached out to us and have exceeded all expectations. I’m very satisfied. Thank you Metro!!!!

So the thing is i came here for my friend and he wanted some explanation, i didn't want to argue or something, i was asking kindly about everything and there were two rude girls, the first one is rolling eyes on me and the other one is just playing with her phone while talking to me (ignoring me most of the time), like fr? There's something called customer satisfaction and being polite, the worst experience in Metro.

I really like this Metro store over the others in the area. The staff is nice, and very knowledgeable but the best thing is is they always have stock of whatever I'm looking for. They do enough volume that they can order plenty of everything and have it on hand. I run a halfway house so I have new guys needing phones every month and have the opportunity to go to all the metro stores around this area. This one is the best
