Metro is highly under rated. This company has the BEST customer service over any phone company! Hands down! Anytime I have an issue they are happy to help and always solve any issue I have and you can hear the smile on their face! ❤️ It's hard to find customer service like this these t!

This is the second phone that I've gotten from Angie at this T-Mobile location. I've come to expect great customer service from angie, and as always she came through! Very pleased with my phone and the plan and being back with MetroPCS

THIS STORE IS FANTASTIC. ALSO I SPOKE WITH A MS TATIANA WHO HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE WITH A STATEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS PLEASANT.EFFICIENT.GREAT PHONE VOICE.WORKED WITH ME ON GETTING MY STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT CORRECTED.
