My worse experience to come to this store location! ? My daughter and I went to this place to buy a phone for her high school graduation gift. Before we went there, I called them first if they have the iPhone 15 pro and I asked if how much the price will be. The price supposed to be $1,082. When we arrived there, we bought the phone payings $670 in cash and we charge the rest using my daughter debit card. But while we were on our way home, I realized that they charge my daughter debit card of the amount of $642..( $670+642= $1312 phone price only $1,082)
When we look for the purchased reciept, it was missing so we went back to get it. When we asked for the reciept, the sales associate printed a reciept with the phone with tempered glass and cellphone case which we didn't order and the worse was the prices was missing! I told her I need the receipt with the price but she refused to give because according to her, their receipt always comes out that way without the prices of the products they sell. I can't believed it!! We argued and I told her that I wanted to return the phone. She said I can't return the phone because the phone was upgraded and they have a NO RETURN POLICY. While we still there inside the place, I called the metropcs costumer service to complained. The metropcs costumer service representative and her supervisor spoke to this sale associate to asked the same question about the receipt but this lady told them the same excuses as what she told me.
After at least more than 2 hours being on the phone talking to costumer service representative, this lady realized that she's putting herself into big trouble
and all the sudden she change her mind and agreed for me to return the phone. I was so upset that I almost call the 911 so that the police will come,get involve and investigate this place! ?
To the store sale associates: If you will not STOP scamming your costumers, believe me one day your gonna in counter a costumer that worse than me and will shut your store down and worse to worse you will also end up being in jail too. Do GOOD to others and it will come back to you a hundred fold but if you do BAD to others the KARMA will get back to you million worse than what you did, remember that!

It's too hot in this store, the conditions are not good, the girls are sweating all the time, they say the air is useless, you can't stay there for a long time because you can't stand the heat, if they faint or get sick, how bad of you, you have to sit for a while. but they who are there all day is not good

I give this location 5 stars because of the superior customer service I have always received there and the full stock of quality devices and accessories. Now, I hope they can help me today. I wanted to get the free samsung tablet offer and another location Saud they couldn't do it and that it was over. Well I just pulled it up on the metro site and it is still listed I took a screenshot. I hope they shoot me a text and I can go up for the free samsung tablet offer. Thanks

Today I went to that place to pay my bill and the young man who served me (he wore glasses) was not friendly, we as customers are not to blame for being awake or hungover, if he was in a hurry he would have stayed at home. Too bad the owner wasn't there to report it. Tip: Don't go to that place, they don't give good service.
