I have a bad experience every time I go to the store a young man with tattoos on his arms tells me there are no payments but if I say I want to buy a phone he helps me I waited in front of the store for more than an hour and he was in a trick looking at me I could see his shirt that says metro and he received no help there were many people waiting

Terrible service. I was told the clerk was the only one in staff and that ai would need to wait 10 min for her to be available. Then another guy walks in and another clerk comes out to help him.

The screen protector was put on wrong by a sales associate. There were bubbles making it hard to type & then after 2 weeks the protector cracked. Amy, whom said she was the store manager, said that it was passed the 2 weeks & refused to fix it. I called metro-pcs. Each store is individual dealers. Amy refused to give me her last name, the owners name, & any information so this could be handled. My recommendation is to not use this location. Since they will not stand behind the products they sale. Plus...this was only like a $10 protector! It's the principle of it.

Was happy with this store originally, but they have just ruined that in one short trip. I went by to get them to replace the already cracked screen protector on my wife's new phone that we just got 3 weeks prior. They refused to replace it even though they were the ones who installed it crooked. The so-called manager also refused to call the store owner. Ridiculous customer service over a $15 screen protector that they screwed up to begin with. Will not go back to that store.

Loved my first experience with Metro by T-Mobile. Store is a bit hidden away by other businesses but otherwise it's clean and its employees are the best! Best phones to give as presents too, always happy to help you l and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you so much Yolanda and Arturo. You guys are the best!! Keep up the great customer service.
