I was fortunate enough to be referred to Medicos for my Medical Knee brace. What made me fortunate was having Misty Raney handle my brace order. Misty took the time to measure my leg. Adjust the brace accordingly so that it fit me perfectly. I have been using it now for almost four(4) weeks. I love it. I am able to walk with stability and on most days no pain. Misty even followed up with me to make sure I was doing well or to see if i had any discomfort. Thank you so much Misty.

I received a Plasma Flow Compression kit from Medicos that retails for $240 (used on eBay for $40). Medicos billed my insurance company BlueCross $5,000; that is not a typo 5K for a device that retails for $240. My insurance company paid Medicos $2,462.03; the contracted amount (This is why insurance premiums are so high!). Medicos is now sending me an invoice for my patient share of $273.54 for a device that retails for $240. I guess $2,462.03 wasn't a big enough profit for them! Please do not purchase any products from Medicos. Its up to us the consumer to put a stop to this type of greed.
