We were in the store less than 10 minutes and walked out with a king mattress and FREE adjustable base (Labor Day Deal). Bobby did not try to haggle with us just worked with our budget. Very good experience.

Bobby was very Educational and had a logical answer for my every question. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I’m also a full time drummer so pain is something I live with. Bobby was extremely thorough and treated me as I was part of the family. He was extremely patient with me and I made several visits and his one day off, Derrick helped me and he treated me the same way. These guys are incredible! It’s not unlike me to return a bed and have to try something else. In my case I had just returned a 10k Sleep Number, as my camping air mattress felt very similar. I’ve bought previous beds at Mattress Firm Firewheel and have always been happy. Thank you Bobby & Derrick! Y’all are the best!

Derrek was amazing! I came in thinking I was going to take advantage of the Fourth of July sale. But I have a husband who is former military. I asked him what he thought would be the best mattress for him who has bullet injuries, arthritis, extensive pain in his back legs and ankles. He didn’t lead me to the most expensive mattress. He walked around with me and educated me on each different type of mattress. I asked about memory foam. Well, that changed the game! He brought me over to the hybrid section. I was enamored with the comfort and the cool. Derrek did nothing but appease me as a customer and my checkout was absolutely amazing. Find more like him!!

Stanford was very helpful with getting us to decide on a mattress. Her knowledge of the different mattresses was appreciated. She also listened to my concerns on what my needs were. They are delivering our new mattress and adjustable base in 4 days.
