Worst experience I have been through. Found the bed and price range was what I wanted, ran my debit card and my bank showed the transaction went through. On their computer, somehow my order was voided even though my bank shows it was approved. So, we called customer support and were on the phone for 45 minutes before someone finally answered to assist. After 15 minutes discussing our issue custom support was no help at all in resolving our issue. The associate at the store cancelled that transaction and created a new one. The bed I wanted to leave with, was now locked and they were unable to sell me the bed that we agreed on. We had to find another location that has the same bed in order me to take the bed home the same day and not have it delivered. The associate contacted other locations, found one, and send me over to a different city 40 minutes away to pick up the bed from there. I again paid for the bed while onsite at the first location since I was told it could be done today. After driving 40 minutes, the bed they told me was reserved for me, was sold to someone else. I was unable to get the bed today yet have fully paid and the only solution offered was that it gets delivered instead. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

She understood exactly what I was looking for and I can say with complete confidence this has been the best buying experience I have ever had.
