DO NOT GO HERE. Long story short, they will use scare tactics to pressure you to leave your car in the repair shop. We were not planning to leave our car there, but left it because we feared what they might do to the car before they brought it out. To make matters worse, before leaving the shop we noticed about $600 worth of items were stolen including a garage door opener. We brought this to their attention immediately. They pretended to care, but they will do NOTHING including the manager Kelly.

I was in a fenver bender about a week ago. Fortunately the person that hit me had insurance. My first blessing! I called the insurance and they recommended that I go to another repair shop. A good friend of mine told me "You have a Cadillac you need to take it to your Cadillac dealership". I'm so glad I did. The personal attention I received was way beyond the norm. I was so impressed with how professional and efficient they are. I want to thank Larry for going beyond the call of duty to make sure I received some extra perks that had happened on a previous visit before it was Lone Star. That was a huge blessing. I am extremely impressed with the service and how much care was taken to make sure my car was totally returned just like it was when I first bought it! Thank you for making a not so great day when I was hit to putting the biggest smile on my face when I left with my beautiful car. I will recommend the Lone Star Cadillac Body shop to anyone I can. Thank you again!!Service: Body & Trim

The following is my experience with Lone Starr Cadillac. This is also my sale experience and opinions and they may not be yours. After researching many different vehicles I was looking for something more comfort I settled on me viewing a XT5. I came to the dealership and was immediately met by two sales rep. I gave them the specific vin of the vehicle I was interested in reviewing. And after a test drive I determined that this was the comfortable vehicle I was looking for. The negotiations commenced. And settled on the price and conditions that were my request. One of the conditions were new tires. They agreed on the dollar amount that included a new tires. Then the mound of paperwork began. I'll admit I didn't read every line on every page. This is my bad and take responsibility. I signed many different sheets. I then went to the finance manager for another round of papers. I settled on the extended warranty and oil change program. Don't like surprise expenses. After all was complete I went to receive my Cadillac. I purchased the car on a Friday and found that the initial temporary plates expired the following Tuesday. Monday was memorial day. I asked for the second set of keys and was told that this particular used car only had one set. I have been purchasing cars for over 50 years and not once did a vehicle have only one set of keys. The cost of another key is over $300 dollars. The car was spotless but on the way home noticed there was under a quarter of a tank of gas. Thought that was unusual because all the other vehicles purchased were full of gas. I looked at this as a new way of doing business but also thought this is a Cadillac dealership? I was told to expect a call to let me that my other plates and tires were in. The call never came. I called due to the plates expiring that night. I was told they were available. Drove back to the dealership and got new temporary plates and two tires (I was expecting four but that's another story). Now comes what I consider ironic. I was sent an email asking if there were any scratches or dents that weren't addressed I responded there were a few minor scratches and chips in the rim. I received another email directly from Lone Starr saying that they wanted to discuss their oversite and to give them a time to do so. I responded to the email within 10 minutes of receiving it and giving them a time. To date haven't heard a word back. So to wrap up this evaluation. I'm happy with the vehicle. The dealership can deliver has the ability to deliver the car your interested in. BUT in my opinion this is NOT what I would consider a VALUE ADD dealership. I hope your experience is different.

Why are the employees at this dealership posting cars $30,000 less than their actual price? When I call I'm told the price is $65,000 not the $38,000 it's listed for. Is this some slimy marketing scam? This isn't a way to earn customers. Bad bad bad.

At first, I didn't know that Lonestar Cadillac repaired other vehicles other than just Cadillacs. I took my Nissan there and Blake the collision manger was so helpful in my repair process. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and if I were ever to get into an accident again I would most definitely bring my car back to him. For anybody looking for repairs, Lonestar Cadillac is the place to go.

The reason that’s make me write this review is the time fixing my car at Lone Star Cadillac Collision Center. It’s already 6 month until now and it haven’t finished yet. I have to say it was an nightmare when I left my car here. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICES. I definitely never come back this collision center. A lot of things happened with my car here like got damaged by thief, back of order, lack of mechanical and now they still keep delays the time fixing. I have no car to drive and that is a massive problem for my life.I’m really tired about it. Please finish my car ASAP. Thank youService: Body & Trim

Sept 10th SUV was serviced at lone star Cadillac in Garland. Garland LBJ. Had several services performedOne was oil change. About 2wks later noticed what appeared to be 2 areas of oil leaks.Took my 2012 yr old cts.cadillac back to the dealership. Was kept for diagnostic review .I was contacted and told had multipleProblems with the car.(only 47,000 miles.on car.at the time).Quoted enormous cost for repairs. We requested to bring car back home.the following day went to pick up car, i felt my car was unsafe to drive. Lots of vibrations, rattling under hood missing screws .did not drive it off of the car lot.the mechanic was not on duty we were told.Service advisor looked under hood with his flashlight .notice something missing. (Screws) also noticed high volume of vibration.Car was left at dealership. MyRequest was made to speak with the manager..enroute homeThe same day.received call from the dealership to make me a offer to purchase my car for $15,000.00 and choose another car from lot to purchase . After this my conversation with the manager. Was very rude, unprofessional, in line with intimidation. I would advise anyone to be aware of any dealerships that take advantage of customers. And ways to get you to purchase services, and new vehicles. Especially female's.

Mr Brasfield went above and beyond to get me back in my car and on the road. I was surprised he was so knowledgeable in fixing cars besides Cadillacs. I thought they would only be able to fix them but they can fix anything and did a great job on mine.Service: Body & Trim
