Appt is at 9:30am and i tried check in early the guy named hicks he’s very nice and very good guy he gave me door right away and i was free early in and out in between 30 mins very friendly staff very clean and they have restroom also in there thanks alot hicks??????

All the positive reviews on here are either untrue or they know someone who works here. My pickup appointment was at 3pm. Been here since 1pm and it’s now 6pm. There’s several other trucks here waiting as well. Went in to ask when I might get loaded and the guy very rudely told me they’ll call me when they’re ready. If you are able to, please don’t listen to the fake positive reviews on here and turn down the load so you can find something else. You will regret accepting a load from here

Had a 9am appt to be unloaded. A really good guy named Hicks immediately put me in a door to be unloaded early after I arrived at 1am. But just to be clear they do not allow overnight parking on the property. I was told I could park on the street instead.

Show up without an appointment or late, you're going to have to wait.....out on the street.......risking a citation........for hours. Don't forget to take care of businesses like topping off your fuel for the truck, reefer, and bathroom, food, medical needs, etc because once you arrive, expect a camping experience.

9a.m. appointment Hicks got me in the night before at 10:15 p.m. In and out in about and hour. He's does what he can to accommodate you.

These guys in shipping and receiving along with the forklift operators are awesome. Yeah there's a little wait, but their is alot of food options within walking distance or delivery and a convenience store. Be patient. They get you in and out once called.

Man you all had me scared with these reviews but if you are delivering in a van or reefer have no fear! I pulled in the gate at 15:00 a day before my Friday 10am delivery appointment and told the man on the speaker I had a delivery. Those must have been the magic words because he sent me straight to dock 15 without another word and told me to bring paperwork into the office. Red light and trailer shaking before I even got out of the truck. In and out in 45 minutes whooooooweeeeeee

Had a delivery for Wednesday 8\16\2023 7am showed up 8/15At 5pm pulled in gave me a door right away and out by 6pm. Great place. For van deliveries. 5 ?

Mapei Garland TxMr. Hicks is the man he's right on the money...Our appointment was for 11am and we got to the Gate at 1am he got us right into the door and we were unloaded by 1:45am. Everyone on the dock was ready to work. Got us in and out right away..Thank you Mr Hicks

Never coming to this place again. All the bad comments are true. Driver’s don’t come here, places like this one should be put out of business forever. Been here 10 hours and counting.
