At first I went to this store on May 20 and bought an S10+ for $180. Muhammad Bilal was very assuring that this is a great phone and if there is any issue to bring it back at any time very nicely. After a while, the phone screen stopped working. Once I took it back to him, he said the phone had been dropped. When I asked him to see where the damage was, he couldn’t find the damage. After further inquiry, he also said that this is why he doesn’t like dealing with desi although he is desi himself. This was today (June 27) at around 2:50pm for proof on his store cameras. This is not a way you deal with customers and racially discriminate them. Don’t trust this guy and never go to this store again. The guy I dealt with is in the picture I attached.
