Good Afternoon, I got delivered my dryer by Antun and Stewart, on time they checked my dyer and Brought it to the back of my garage for me, Appreciate the hard work and Outstanding customer service would definitely have them deliver more things for me again. Thank you both.

As a contractor I had found this store location to have incompetent staff members. They've had lost misplaced or have sold items that my clients have purchased for pick up and the paint department is not educated at all. Their staff falls short of expectations when it comes to placing custom color orders.

Worst return policy I've ever encountered. I spend nearly 2 million a year at Home Depot on supplies for my company and I've had zero issues. My first purchase at Lowe's my son went in and bought a bundle of the wrong shingle and the following morning I tried to exchange it for the correct bundle and I was told since the packaging was marked up, they couldn't except it. That's exactly how the packaging came. I just left the bundle on the floor and walked out. They can have it. I'll go to Home Depot and get what I need.

No helpful employees around needed help had to walk halfway around the store to get help

04/29/24 Updating my review to give this Lowe's 5 stars. Went there today with my dad who is a bit older and can be kinda fussy about things. When we were checking out at the self checkout, there was an employee named Jaylen I believe who helped my dad get his veteran's discount and helped check out our items for us. He was very patient and kind to my dad even though my dad was a bit frustrated. I wish I would have gone back and thanked him but I didn't get a chance. Really appreciate how friendly and helpful he was!

Bought a refrigerator from this store about a year ago and had them deliver it to my house. Even though I told the delivery guys I have had to take the doors off the refrigerators I have owned in the past to get them in the kitchen they insisted it would fit. Once they got it in the kitchen and removed all the packaging the left door had a big dent in it. They told me someone from there office would be contacting me within 24 hours. A week later I had to call them. After they pulled up my order and verified the damage they informed me the refrigerator was now on backorder and showed they would be getting more in about 2 months and they would contact me to schedule delivery and pick up the damaged one. 3 months later I still had heard nothing. I then went to the store and they called the third party delivery company and set up a date. No one showed on that date. Now after numerous trips back to the store and numerous calls to the delivery store I still don't have a refrigerator. Every time I spoke with either the store or the delivery company I was told something different. Very frustrating. My advice to anyone planning shopping this location is to find the next closest Lowe's or a Home Depot because this location has terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible! Remodeling is stressful enough, but Lowe's decides to add to it. I'll drive 20 miles to a home depot before I go to Lowe's again!
