Everything and everyone there is nice. 3 stars bc im being silly- my ac unit requires the flexible air filters only bc of the pvc drainage pipe drain being in the way of any stiff filter being able to be shoved in the slot. This location had all the stiff good ones but not the soft flex ones.

Last time I will visit this location . Customer service is terrible and not helpful. Was told there were no managers/supervisors on the floor! That's weird to me, but it makes sense how rude the employees I spoke with today.

very bad service. The lady at the returns desk was so rude and mean when I was trying to return an item purchased 2 weeks ago and with receipt.
