I was surprised and delighted that Legacy Auto Body Shop was willing to replace some broken plastic parts behind the grill of my car more than a year after they had repaired the hood. I wasn't aware of the broken parts for several months after the initial repair, and then I let it go for much longer. All I had to do was show the body shop my receipt. Within two days they had the parts on hand, and they replaced the parts while I waited at no additional cost to me.

I had a dent on the front bumper of my Tesla Model X, and I'm thrilled that I chose this body shop for the repair. Big thank you to Mario and Rafael you guys are the best. They did an excellent job with the repairs and were fantastic to work with when dealing with the insurance company. They delivered high-quality work, met the timelines, had an amazing staff, and followed a transparent process without cutting corners. I highly recommend them for Tesla repairs.

I could not be happier with this place. Rafael, the customer service liason helped me so much. I was in such a bad mood after dealing with Kia of Mckinney. Kia charged me $180 just to check why the liner of my moonroof was not closing. The Kia rep called me to tell me that they needed an additional 6hrs of labor. And it was going to be an additional 1k. (Smh) that they were thinking that I needed another motor. And for a new motor and labor it was going to be 4k. The tech at Legacy noticed that the motor was working still, something was probably stuck. Anyhow.. the very next day they fixed my liner for a fraction of what Kia quoted me. These guys are knowledgeable and honest. Thank you Rafael and team for a Superb job!

All I have to say is Legacy Auto Body is the best place to bring your car to get fixed! They are quick and professional and they do an amazing job! I brought my car in for the second time because of people hitting my car and 2 years ago they did a great job and this time they did an amazing job again! All I could say is “OMG my car looks brand new” ! Mario is a very professional and friendly man that does things to perfection. I am a forever happy customer??
