I had the pleasure of visiting Lateral Limits about 6 months ago, and now I’m officially a customer for life.
I can confidently say that working w/ Keenan and his team, to upgrade all my hunting rifle optics and suppressing each firearm, has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. This small business stands out with its old-school, refreshing approach to customer service. A rare find in today's world.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in my needs. No sales bs, just great advice.
The owner, Keenan, has extensive knowledge and passion for firearms. This was immediately evident. It was also clear that they take great pride in their work. They patiently answered all my questions, provided insightful recommendations, and shared valuable information that helped me make informed decisions. Once decisions were made, the turnaround time and follow-up was super fast.
What truly sets Lateral Limits apart is the personalized attention and care… you won’t find that at any BigBox retailer. Believe me, I’ve tried. Their dedication and commitment to the craft is exactly what’s missing in today’s ‘Walmart-era’.
Lastly….I’ve found product knowledge and customer service falls short, consistently, in the firearm industry. Not sure why, but it’s not the case here. Keenan & his team are a perfect example of how things should be done.

I had an issue with my mossberg maverick 88 I dissembled it. But couldn’t Put it Back together I tried but never worked out. I decided to check this place and see if they would re assemble my shotgun back together. And they can and they did they re assemble it back together and assembled my optic mount as well overall it was a good experience with the product, got charged 100 for it all. They also have cool looking guns as well.

Stopped by today for a specialized tool, which they didn’t have to sell me. They scoured the back room to see if they had something (personal) they could give me/let me borrow instead. They didn’t have it, but told me exactly where I could obtain one.
Outstanding customer service. They could have told me no, and left it at that. Instead they did everything possible to help me out.
I’ve been in a few times for parts and pieces, but after today, this will be my go-to LGS.

I've done a couple of transactions with Keenan now, so I can say that I'm sure I'll go back (just don't tell my wife).I much prefer the smaller, service oriented shops over the big corporate shops. And these guys are all about the service. For a small shop, the selection is really quite good. And while I might have been able to save a few bucks, I think the after sales support these guys offer more than makes up the difference. You get what you pay for is solid advice.I'm sure whether you're a novice or a gun nut.... errr... firearms enthusiasts like myself, that Lateral Limits can make you happy.

The most knowledgeable gun store in the area, as well as the most up to date on everything gun law related. Not intimidating at all, Keenan, Trevor, and Jared are a great team.
