Never buying fruit from here ever again, mold on their fruits and literally fruit flies and maggots in them too. Beware shoppers, I’ll pay more at central market , never again. They do not check their produce , mold on a lot of produce and insects.

I have to have a riding cart but they never have any. The only ones they do have are never charged. They have 3. One doesn't even work. The other one won't hold a charge and the one that might hold a charge is so slow, it ridiculous!! I left and went to Tom Thumb...they have plenty and always ready to go.

Wasn't the best experience today. The fresh meat selection looked pitiful. The cuts were sloppy looking. The produce was also hit and miss. Rotten potatoes the bags, and the green beans were too "bendy". This store has really lost its appeal over the last 2 years, sad to say.
The only reason I shopped was I had to pick up a prescription. I think I'm gonna switch pharmacies now since there's no reason to shop there anymore.

This Kroger sucks for multiple reasons. One being that I just bought Nutro dog food, which is $58.99 for a 20lb bag and got all the way home to realize, as I’m pouring it into my container, that it expired 2 YEARS AGO. It’s also extremely overpriced and digital coupons are awful. I moved here from Houston area a year ago for my job and I’m spoiled to H-E-B, the best grocery store hands down. I hate that there isn’t an H-E-B closer to Richardson. I had one less than a mile from my home and one less than a mile from my job.

I swear this store is never ran properly. No lanes open except one side self checkout with 15 people in line. The online app is always incorrect, you can't find things on aisles where the app says they are. Things aren't in correct places or not in stock alot. Then you have their propane - how do you NOT have keys to it when it's full? It's always something when I go to this store, that's why I always end up at tom thumb

Meat department smells horrible some of the checkout supervisors are rude discount price tags always in the wrong place which leads to about 15 minutes of price checking at checkout employees told me I had to match up the barcodes like that's my job

Discounted items always in the wrong place have to argue with the weirdo watch guard cuck loyalist employees.... there are some good people that work there and some conveniences but this place is always kind of been a dump disguise by Suburbia

I really enjoy this Kroger store. It's a newer location, so it's a lot nicer than the older ones around DFW. Clean and they always have what we need. Thanks.

Horrible customer service, will never return
