It is one of the reasons for the service, the medications are ordered because they are busy, they take a long time to fill the prescriptions and they bring people back and forth. I want to work, they should hire more professional people, what a bad service.

I had been a Kroger shopper for many years on Walnut but recently noticed so many changes. The new manager is awfulI asked her a question her response was very unprofessional all the cashiers are new and not very helpful the store is not clean as it was before and there are never bags at the self checkout. Not sure what has happened here but it is now the mode ghetto location ever. I will never shop here again.

Bunch of mentally disturbed former employees leaving comments on here it's very sad to see that. If the place is so bad should've headed to those greener pastures sooner.

The best pharmacy staff is there. They are always nice and helpful. The pharmacist Cecilia Tran is very professional and has an outstanding attitude. Great service!!

Ask the sales person for fresh cilantro just like the commercial say that everything is fresh and he told me he doing something else terrible customer service then he wanted to speak Spanish with another customer about me and she told him she didn't speak Spanish. I still can't believe Kroger is a major food retailer. The one in my neighborhood looks awful.

Soooo. I'm very disgusted with a lot of these reviews. I have been a customer for over 20 years at this location. I have never ever had an issue with this store. All of the employees there are so very nice and very helpful and very polite. I had an issue with clipping a digital coupon on the app and an employee pulling an order stopped and taught me how to navigate around the app. Now I'm a pro. So hats of to, I feel bad for not knowing her name, but she is a short Mexican girl. Maybe 5ft. I think maybe Pam or pat. I heard someone say Garcia to her. She is usually at the self checkout. That girl is always smiling. She always greets me when I come in. She has stopped me in the store to ask me if I'm finding everything I need. And I can't list all of the things she has helped me with. Then there is Dennis. This guy works so hard there. He is always out getting carts or bagging. Hats off to him for his dedicated service. I never ever see him just standing around. He's always busy. I did buy a brisket once and it turned out bad. I went to customer service about it and they refunded my money and apologized. So I believe if people write something negative here it's because they are already upset with something or they are just one of those people that just want to lie about stuff. Ignore all those people and go check out the store yourself. I can tell you right now you will not be disappointed.

Used to be better. The woman who "helped" me said I needed to contact the doctor over and over, even though I explained I had. I believe my race and size played a factor in her superior opinion of herself. I have experienced racism from people of her ethnicity before. I think she thought I wasn't capable of understanding so she had to repeat. I want to say now what I was too polite to say then: shut up!
