Would be great if they followed regular pharmacy hours and not Canadian banking hours. Also, getting denied for things that other pharmacies accept is a let down and happens regularly across our kids prescriptions.

Very helpful with all your needs. We will be gone for 6 months to go overseas and they took care of every medicines both me and my husband will need. Life saver in my book. Can't thank them enough.

I have never gotten good customer service here. The pharmacists are always too busy with their own thing. I was waiting to answer a simple question. The pharmacist associate couldn’t answer my question and Ms. Lee was with another customer just chatting and waiting for him to fill out a questionnaire. I went to another pharmacy to get the help I needed.

After today, I whole heartedly understand why they have 2 stars. When ringing the bell outside their window one of the pharmacists rolled down the window shade on me. I came inside because I figured, if she's closing the shade in my face, without making eye contact, THEY MUST BE CLOSED? I came inside & the woman started to yell at me & pointing her finger at me as if I'm her child?? The customer service here is trash! If you're "too busy" to assist someone you should simply tell that customer that instead of closing the window shade on them.

After three times of going to try and pick up a prescription that is on auto fill I give up and will move all our medications after 20 + years. I received a text that the medication was ready and 3 times I get there and it is not even processed. The front desk person told me I waited to long to come get it and it was put back in stock. Not sure if it’s not been processed how that happens. The Pharmacist did not speak up or try to help nor did he act like he cared.

Helen is my favorite pharmacy associate! She goes above and beyond, and understands my financial situation so well. She even calls me when a medication comes through that is very high, even with trying to use discount programs. She is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! Beyond her, the pharmacy is well run! Thank you all! We are moving out of state in less than two weeks- I will miss the ease of the walk up window too!
