I recently visited Kohl's to return an item purchased from Amazon. While there, I inquired about the status of a return I had processed last month. Before the younger employee could respond, an older staff member interjected with a notably aggressive tone. Despite my polite inquiry and having my bar code on hand, she chastised me for not having a receipt. Her demeanor was unnecessarily confrontational, although she later attempted to adopt a friendlier attitude. This initial hostility, however, left a negative impression.
Kohl's needs to ensure that all employees, regardless of age, maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. The behavior I encountered was uncalled for and contributed to an unpleasant customer experience. I hope that the management will address such issues to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I will not shop the perfume department ever again. Your not allow to use the Kohls discount. , but you can use your kohl's account. Pretty said!!

Every time I have shopped at Kohl’s in Garland, I have found the store to be very clean and organized. The sales representatives are very helpful and polite. I would recommend shopping at this Kohl’s to anyone who lives in the vicinity!

This store has always had employees that go above and beyond the call of duty for it's customers. Today the manager Andrew spent 20 minutes helping me with an issue that was not even the fault of the store. He was so kind and patient . He could have easily dismissed me saying that my problem was not his fault since I was there about an online order. Instead he treated me with kindness and respect. I have shopped here for many years and will always continue to do so.

Went to Kohls for items for my son on a Monday. Probably a slow day for everyone in the industry however when you walk in and you see no one on the floor anywhere- not even loss prevention. It begs the question; is this the reason why boy underwear cost $44 for 5 pair? No one to ask questions to on where items were located or fitting rooms are located. Not till you go and pay. She was sweet, accommodating and knowledgeable. I shared with her my dissatisfaction on not seeing anyone on the floor. Just a random employee walking around... crickets. Not a big deal but someone should know so you can make sure it's corrected. We ended up spending over $150 on items. You're a good store. Just needs some course correction.
