Just left here without purchasing a cart full of merchandise and furniture I wanted to buy because the employees were trying to find another location for a customer which took well over ten mins and counting. Shocked at how unhelpful the employees were.

Not sure what Jeanie is on about in her review. No paperwork, no return. They need to know what specific item you are returning to even do a return. Employees are super friendly and go above and beyond to help customers.

The Garland store is the worst. I had a fire and I am redecorating my whole house. So I have returns on iteams I have ordered on line. These iteams are great quality, but just are not working in my vision. When making a return for an on line purchse there is no paper work. So they play like they don't know how to help you return the iteam. They won't try to help you look it up in the system, Thier system, mind you. Today was the last time I will purchase on line or buy from them. Worst customer experience ever, at Firewheelmall. Train your employees better, they do not want to help.

A cute store for a great collection of surprising stuff for your home. You can spend a relaxed hour here just browsing thru their collection of home decor stuff and surely there is enough stuff for every taste!
I’ve always been attracted by their variety of mirrors and frequent there to get bath mirrors for my customer homes all the time! They are very reasonable priced plus their “ spin a wheel” coupons could make your day!

Clean organized store and staff is so helpful. Prices are good and so is the quality of merchandise. I set my formal dinning room fall table scape with the cute orange, white & black plaid pumpkins. The centerpiece, napkins, fall dinner plates and wooden candle holder all came from Kirkland.
