My kids attend this school and they love the staff and everyone is kind to them even when my kids are not being the best student they have amazing teachers.

This daycare does not even deserve a 1 star!!! Very unprofessional and staff leaving left and right. Daycare got a new director names Lauren and let me tell yall they need to get ride of her ASAP!! She called me saying my son was sick cause of green boogers. Explained to her i worked at a Pediatric office and he was not sick nor running fever. Started to argue over the phone to the point i needed to pick him up. I said no and threatened to call cps. Get to the daycare and acted all nice. When i confronted about her thats how she should of talked to me over the phone, started to yell out "HAVE A GOOD DAY" While clapping her hands blwoing me a kiss. I demanded a number to call to complaint and told me she was going to call the cops. Got the point where she demanded for me to get out of the building and got in my face like she wanted to do something! It is sad that they hired this patheic, unprofessional, ignorant person. Her name is Lauren and i do not recommend bringing your kids here. What director dont know what baby wipes or but cream are? You are in the wrong profession! You gotta go!!

If I could give a negative digit here, this place is certainly worthy of it. As a parent, I would highly recommend you reconsider sending your child/ children here.Things you’ll experience and See at KGA are:-Highly unprofessional staff, including director(s). (Your kid will be told how bad they are all day, to shut up, and then the staff will lie about it when you confront them. The staff has ZERO training, and the poor kids get screamed at all day.Absolutely no positive reinforcement here, it’s so sad for the children.)- Unclean classrooms (rugs so dirty you can barely see the color in them they had 20 years ago, the kids lay and sleep on these, large cockroaches, layers and layers of dust everywhere, etc. )- Unhealthy Meals (Mostly microwaved, and they barely stick to the menu, serving leftovers often. Pack your kids lunch if you must send them here!)

This daycare is so unprofessional your license to deal with any kind of child and they couldn't even deal with a ADHD child they kept calling me every day about nonsense that they could have handed on their own so I if I could give this daycare a zero Stars I would

I don’t normally write reviews but I wanna give praise where praise is due. This is an amazing daycare. They work well with all the kids. My son can be challenging but they are so wonderful with him. The prices are affordable. I feel secure that my kiddo is well taken care of. Totally recommend

I love this daycare. They are a family run daycare. They have cameras and safety entry. The older kids have a second place to go to that is used during summer and spring break. If you have a problem they solve it. I honestly don’t have any negative comments to give , because the very few negative things to happen were solved in a professional manor. Remember this non judgment, and CAMERAS they have cameras

My son has been there since we relocated to the DFW area a year ago. I absolutely had no issues until my 6 year that has completed Kindergarten was still in the babies class room....I asked when he would be moved up..and was told "maybe next school year" I unenrolled him...I was told the schoolers wasn't an option because he needs too much reassuring "telling him that yes he did good and that the schoolers were 6-12 isn't something they have time to do" the husband chimed in and says "I'm not saying he's soft but...and shrugs his shoulders. Absolutely rude and unacceptable. Great thing is it's all recorded...good thing I had my phone.I'd heard stories about Stephanie's nasty attitude but NEVER experienced it until now.The bigger question is WHEN should a 6 year but in the same class with a 12-year-old?!?! No worries though the State of Texas should be responding with 48 hours.I wish them nothing but success and training in WHAT AND HOW to talk to parents.

This place is garbage. Constantly loosing items. Teachers can't handle a two year old. Honestly sending your child here is equivalent to abuse.

They were absolutely horrible to my niece. They let the kids bully and hit others. My niece has come home several times with bruises and scratches and when asked they say they know nothing about it. One time I picked her up and a rat beat me to the door, and there were roaches on the walls where they sleep. Very unprofessional and rude, and they need to be out of business

This is THE BEST daycare in town! Family owned and operated. Owners are loving and truly care about the children in their care!
