Just today I am at your location in Garland Tx. at Firewheel mall. I bring my grandson here at least once a month. Today I was told that you no longer take cash for admission? Why not?? I am sure you take money for the play cards. Also why are none of the lockers working. This is a big inconvenience to adults that carry wallets, car keys, and valuables. I dont want to watch after my valuables and try to keep an eye on my grandson. Very inconvenient to adults and if it weren't for us there would not be any customers

The rudest employee you can ever talk to. Extremely rude, especially after being with a large party. Such individual should never represent any brand. I asked for her name, multiple times, to leave a review on her and she refused to give it. Unfortunately, I had to take a picture of her so management can hopefully take the right action.I would highly recommend management to investigate further and look at footage.Zero customer satisfaction!

Outrageous, My son’s friend got assaulted by a couple of adults for playing soccer. We told the staff and they kicked us out and for my sons complaints of self defense after hitting back a kid who tackled him

Please take your children somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place has gone downhill fast from the time I started taking my kids here. There has been insulation hanging from the ceiling for months now that no one seems to be taking care of. It’s hanging right above where kids play. Nearly all of the areas that are suppose to be off limits and zipped up are ripped open and I even saw a child playing in one of those areas where there are electrical boxes and cords hanging out. Very dangerous if you have little ones who don’t know any better. I told a staff member and she just giggled and smiled and said “yeah, I know”. So it’s been pointed out before and no one is doing anything about it. On my way to concessions I saw feces on the floor smeared that must’ve fallen out of a diaper and someone stepped on it. The fact that they’ve raised the price of admission and that there are no repairs being done and no one who cares to clean up the place during work hours this is just a big no for me. This will be my last time visiting this place.

This is my second time coming here and my kids are getting sick !! Yes it’s may look clean but it’s not clean at all. Now my kids have the flu . $$20 a kid is too much .

Place is way over priced for what it is. $20 a kid!! next time I'll just take my kid to a free playground outside. They do however keep the place clean and the staff was nice, just not enough value. Y'all should consider maybe $10-$12 a kid...

I will never come to this place or location again. They were so unorganized and not very friendly. I went to a Birthday party on 2/25/24 for my niece and was very unprofessional and judged us when we had concerns. The same thing they told our party who was black that we could not do they allowed another party who was Hispanic like the workers.. this was my first time young and will be the last.
