I used K&T for a move a couple years ago. Unfortunately they damaged a few pieces of our furniture. Despite my having reached out to them on several occasions - via email & phone calls (including providing pics of the damage) - in an attempt to resolve things in an amicable and professional manner - they never followed up to resolution and ignored my calls. I don't say this lightly - I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unresponsive moving company.

BE AWARE!!! There are people posing as Drivers for this company that claim to have Mover positions available for pretty reasonable pay. The driver will say that you need to pay a fee for insurance coverage in order to work for the company but IT'S A SCAM. Do not fall for this!!!

I’m only giving two star because I have used them for the past 5-6 years with no issues. I contacted them to move me this past weekend and scheduled an appointment. They never showed up, answered the phone, or returned my call! Luckily I wasn’t pressed for time seeing that I don’t have to be out until the end of the month. But very unprofessional! I did give them my card information so I’ll be keeping an eye on my account to see if they try to charge me.

When I used them a year and 2 months ago it was okay I called them again to ask them to remove me again no one will return any of my phone calls they're not answering the phones at all I don't know if you have to go by there I'm scared to even book them ever because they don't answer the phones and then when you tell him you want to schedule appointment they won't pick up the phone nor will they return your phone calls at all I have called them five times I don't know if they have new people in there but good luck on trying to get them to move you I give them zero Stars but they make you pick something so I pick one

Attn. Jennifer,I had called this past Sunday, July 31,2022 and left a message for you to call me. I have had matters with Monty, and his coworker over the move this past Saturday, July 31,2022. I first want to state they didn't show up until around 5:00PM in which that was over the hours requested of 12:00PM - 4:00PM. They seemed to let my speakers that was in totes fall and side down the stairs and causing items to be disorganized and placing items in others boxes as well scratched up my night stand table. As I was observing your team as they were putting boxes in the truck from my house. Monty, Coworker had taken my black leather portable massager and left me with impression that he was packing with in my boxed items and furniture.In prior of them unloading all items I had when to the bank to get cash they had informed the bill was $467.00 and Monty, was told me he would be opened to give me change of $480. Once I gave him $480.00 he didn't offer to give me change as he stated and kept the $480.00 in which $13.00 was over payment! On Sunday, morning July 31,2022 as I was looking for black leather portable massager it was no ware to be found after the movers moved all my items at my new place. I had proceeded to call Monty, and informed him of the matter. He stated he would call me back in 10 minutes and never did and proceeded to call him back and they stated they didn't see it and it may of packed in a box. I had saw Monty, coworkers take my black portable back massager didn't plan to bring to my new residence and had lied to me that he didn't take it. The guy's were not dress professional, dishonest and not providing professional service. Please call me at your earliest convenience regarding all matters

DO NOT USE THEM! The reviews are real. I scheduled my move for today about two weeks ago. Received my confirmation from Jennifer and I provided her with my credit card details. Today on my moving day- my timeframe was from 12-4. They never showed up. I called Jennifer about 100 times and I emailed her as it was getting closer to 4 o’clock. SHE NEVER ANSWERED OR REPLIED TO MY TEXTS OR EMAILS. Please save yourself the trouble or the hassle on booking with this HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY!

I used them them to move out of my apartment and move from a storage. I should of learned my lesson the first time. Took way too long too arrive and move. One of their workers was on the phone the whole time and moved very slowly. They did not wrap any of my furniture. Mishandled all of my furniture. They used their dirty hands to move my light color sofa obviously knowing that it could stain. They did not cover it either or wrap it when putting it on the truck. Workers broke and scratched up my new dresser. I sent an email and I called to report the damage. Never got a call back or response. Would never recommend to anyone.

My move was May 26th. I was told my movers would arrive anytime between 12-4pm which is already a crazy. They came close to 6pm. Wasted my whole day waiting. My movers was so unprepared. They had do tools no wrap and as a matter of fact they had to use my equipment. They half-way took down my furniture they didn't use blankets to protect my valuables and it shows because my furniture have scuff marks from the dolly. My LED stand up vanity mirror is broken. And no one from the company is answering the phone. They don't even respond to the comments people leave this is why I would never use this company again or refer them. I could have rented a uhaul and got some guys of the street and came out with less trouble and saved money. I will be going to the Garland location to find a remedy to my broken mirror. And I'm still waiting on my billing receipt.

Absolutely avoid this company. 1. Hard to contact anyone to book. 2. I purchased a Groupon for 2 hours, 2 men and a truck.Today I get told there is an additional 8% service fee, $145 fuel fee and a fee if you pay with a card ... oh and a $75 stair fee even after I said there was no stairs in either location.

Tried charging $190 fuel and stair fee on top of an already purchased Groupon deal to move from a second floor unit to a first floor unit in the same building. Also doing business under multiple names. Beware of predatory business practices.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Scheduled a move weeks in advance. Office manager Jennifer was very friendly until the move was confirmed. Then she then became very testy and rude. Today is the day of the move and movers are a no call, no show. After several calls and contacting their customer service chat (that kept ending the chat when I asked for contact info) they began sending me to voicemail. I've never had this happen before. This has really put me in a bind. Now I have to find last minute movers costing me more and I have to potentially miss work.

We've used them several times most recently a month ago. They always answer or call you right back and they move diligently loading and unloading. No damage of our things!

At first I was going to put a 5* but when I opened my TV box that was packed very well I noticed it was cracked and you can tell it was pushed up against something hard. I was moved on the third floor so I understand we as humans get tired but that is when you should be extra careful. I don’t fault both guys I saw how one guy was not being extra careful and boxes were labeled to know what was fragile. Today is Oct 14th and I will be going to there location in the morning. Insult to injury I tipped both guys and this is how I was treated. I am very pissed off and I told the gentleman when I paid they were did a great job. Oh yeah the mover that I think broke the TV also broke my dresser and did not want to confess. TBC…..

They showed up two hours early and I had not finished prepping for them. Their boss agreed not to charge me for the additional time. The two young men were very professional and efficient. My only issue was they didn't bring face coverings but I wore mine so it was fine. One told me he had had covid and the other said a close relative died from it so I was surprised that they were not protecting themselves. They did a good job overall.

They broke my dresser during the move, and were kind and reassured me that I would be contacted and someone would repair or buy me a new one. I called various numbers over 30 times & got no response. It's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them. The movers themselves were good, kind people. They did take twice the amount of time to drive to my new place & it ate into my hours, but other than that the workers were fine.
