I brought in my vehicle for an oil change. I contacted and told my vehicle had a small transmission leak while it was still in the shop. I was informed to pick up my vehicle and bring back to be serviced. I was told they would get me a rental. I picked up my vehicle and called the next day. I was told I could not get an appointment for a rental in serval days until later the 9th of September. I informed the employee that my girlfriend had to take the vehicle and pick up the rental since I work two jobs. I was told that she couldn’t pick up the rental because she needed to have a good driver license, debit card, had to be on my insurance. I told the employee that she was in compliance with these requests. I was contacted once again before my appointment. I reminded them that my girlfriend was going to drop off the vehicle and pick the rental. I was told that she could not pick up the rental because she was not registered to my vehicle. I told the employee on the phone I was already told that as long as she was on my insurance, had a good DL, and have a debit card, she could pick the rental. I believe the employees at this dealership need to be trained a little more on how to communicate to the customer. I also believe the different departments in the dealership need to communicate to each other more.

I talked to the salesman about a used Colorado that they had listed for sale with the price posted. I had a cash offer from another dealership going in and they said they would match it.
When I got there and we started our negotiations, which was trade in my car with the offer from the dealership.
They came back and offered me $1,500 less than the other dealership offer which was not what they said they would do.
Then they wanted to charge me an additional $2,000+ over their advertised price on the vehicle. I told them that was bs, you listed it online with those options at that price and now you want to charge me $2,000 more!
This is shady advertising. They just wanted to get me in the door and think I would buy it regardless after seeing it. Nope!
I read the reviews and was concerned going in there. I should have listened to the negative comments and saved myself a 45 minute drive. I’ll never consider them for a vehicle going forward.
UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM JUPITER: I received a voice mail message from the General Sales Manager and asked me to call him back a couple of days ago. I called back and got the voice mail so I mentioned I was returning his call and left my number. He never called back. I called him again and left a message. We will see if he returns my call. I also called the number in their response below, but without a contact name to ask for and the department, you can’t speak to anyone. All I can do is just shake my head to their response.
SEPT 6 UPDATE: once again the GM of Sales never returned my call. I’m thinking all these reviews that had the same response I received on this site and are still up had the same experience; a comment offering to help, but they never get back to you? Anyhow, I’m not calling them back since they haven’t returned any of my calls. I’ll never consider them for future auto purchases!!!! From my experiences with them, they seem shady.
I won’t post anymore updates unless they ‘follow through’.

I purchased a 2024 Chevy Colorado with a down payment, and I had to return it because they said the bank needed more information. We ran around all day trying to get all the paperwork to finalize everything. On top of that after we dropped 8,000 for the down payment. we still had to return it after 4 days.

Our experience at Jupiter Chevrolet was great! It was our first time purchasing a semi new truck for our family and Gerardo Barboza went out of his way to help us qualify for the truck that we had our eyes on. One key aspect I would work on is being more transparent as to when you will have to charge a customer. Eagle Transmission sent my car in for a transmission issue and for some reason, even after being told not to touch anything else, the service team ran more diagnostics and ended up charging me $250. Luckily that got lowered to $175 after weeks and weeks of haggling with Jason Ashcroft. I will never do business with this location or any other Chevrolet location again.

Came to buy a brand new truck, because usually I get my from the auction. I wanted a reliable vehicle. I got a 2022 1500 Silverado all my oil changes tire changes are with them. Been having issues with the truck since the first year now have that issue that they never fixed with warranty and have camshaft issues. Should’ve stuck with the auctions not worth it

Came her to buy a truck, but the prices are too high. So, I went to 5 Star Chevrolet in Carrollton, Texas. Best decision I've ever made. The same truck they tried to sell me for 61k I bought for 45k. And it only took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to do all the paperwork. So, head down to 5 Star Chevrolet and tell them the Marine sent you. SEMPER FI

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I personally did not see any signs on why anyone would leave a bad review. Very friendly and willing to resolve my issues in a timely manner. I asked my service advisor how long it would take and he told me about an hour to hour and half and my vehicle was completed in an hour and fifteen minutes. Very happy with my service.

Bad customer service. I called to reach the parts department and was told I’d be connected to internet sales and waited for 10 minutes to be connected with no success, I was then disconnected. This happened twice.
I tried reaching internet sales and was unable to connect due to a technical glitch on their end. They said to press 5 to be connected to internet sales but kept redirecting me to the main menu when I pressed 5.
I was unable to get my issue solved after 30 minutes going back and forth and being on hold majority of the time.
