I didn't use the collision center however I did use the very knowledgeable and professional parts department and from that day forward I will make this my #1 parts store of choice.Give them a try and you'll see why the should be your #1 parts store.Thank you so much.

We were long time customers however, after our latest car service we will not be returning to Jupiter Chevrolet. We encountered several issues, including prolonged service times, poor communication, and unresolved mechanical problems.I took my wife's car in for service in September 2023 for a knocking noise when you turn the wheel. They had the car for over a month with little to no communication. I finally got a text message on October 31st advising the car was ready to go and the total was 796.36. After finally getting the car back, the service manager Jason assured us that the problem was repaired and the knocking noise was no longer present after he completed numerous test drives. However, the same day we picked it up, my wife heard the noise and I heard it the next day. We immediately called Jupiter and were told to bring it back. We test drove the car in the parking lot and Jason acknowledged that the problem is still there and he would "make things right". Sadly, the car sat in the shop again for almost another month. We got another call in December informing us Jason realized the car needs another part and more work done. He advised he would assist with some of the additional funds but would not be able to fix the issue without us paying the additional fees. Jason told us he would work with us but we would have to pay an additional $1,085.00 out of a $1400 repair. I guess that was his way of "making things right" after we paid just about $800 for repairs that did not fix the original problem we brought the car in for. After further back and forth,we explained to Jason our concerns with the prolonged time the car was in the shop, lack of communication, unfairness and the additional cost after we paid just about $800 for something they worked on and confirmed was fixed. At this point, he said we can buy the part and have it put on for half the price with no warranty on the parts/labor, or if we don't believe they know how to fix it, then we can come pick up the car. After spending 796.36 (with the issue not fixed after you personally confirmed it was fixed) and being without the car for nearly 3 months, why should I believe that you can fix it now or if the problem is even what you say it is? After that, we decided that it's best to come get the car and go somewhere else.

They expect you to go 3 weeks without a vehicle to get an issue addressed on a purchase you did with them on a on a vehicle that still has warranty. Marvin Gonzales was so rude when trying to get the issue resolved.

Uriel.. was very helpful communicative and understanding.Though they were a bit busy, he was able to take my truck in and keep me informed on my insurance companies decisions etc.I recommend jupiter Chevrolet collision center.Every insurance will be different but they have done great.I once worked for jupiter so I know. :)

Had appt at 7pm Sat.They were having huge used vehicle blowout. with low prices, bad credit loans, ect. Was told they had a truck in stock I might be interested in and several others on the way by the weekend.I get there and no trucks other than $30,000 Colorado which is WAY more than Im going to spend. Only one other customer in the place, looked like a ghosttown.So much for their bs ad

My car looks so much better now. She shines way brighter now. Way shinier than even before the collision. Zach and everyone went above and beyond to help keep me informed every step of the process. There were complex sensor and radar adjustments and reprogramming that had to be performed. I feet confident that these guys know what they are doing and choose to do things the right way, the first time, and every time. I will always choose these guys for all of my collision center needs. No matter the make and model, these guys are unmatchable. My Toyota Camry Hybrid came out looking better than any regular body shop could ever even come close to.Services: Steering & suspension repair

They're a bunch of scammers that will try everything they can to get you to come in. They run ads on Facebook with their "limited time offer voucher" which is a total scam. There is no voucher and the responses are actually from a bot, not a real person. I also received a text from someone named Clara and she told me to ask for Mike when I come in. When I got there, one person told me Mike is the internet sales director and he's not in yet. I waited for a while and then person named Warren Davis came out and said Mike's a bot that just sends automated messages on Facebook and they're not interested in buying my car. Before i went in, I texted Clara (which I was told is a real person but who knows) and also messaged through Facebook to have someone call me so I can find out more about everything before making the 45 minute drive out there and they said just look on KBB for what your car is worth and they'll buy it for 4k over that. They also said they're really interested in buying my vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous service and they will make up all sorts of lies to get you to come in and buy a car from them.

Long story short, they held out my car for a month and a half from a small rear end that was supposed to take two weeks would not work on my car due to a previous previous damage. Push me to total my car constantly finally agreed to have the previous collision center that I worked with previously pickup my car and fix the damage. I was told they shoved all parts of the original car into the cabin. It was in pieces. Here is the list of items and things that was wrong with the car while Jupiter Chevy. Number 1: scratched my passenger window. Number 2: back up camera popped out. Number 3: the top liners are popping up. Number 4: passenger door handle cover is missing. Number 5: all side curtain airbags don't fit right anymore they are bulging out. No. 6: they stole my passenger side wheel liner that I that I had in the car. Number 7: gouged my steering wheel. Number 8: broke my windshield and wanted me to pay for it. Number 9: ceiling liner was dirty. Lastly 10: sun roof doesn't work anymore. The manager at Chevy Jupiter pushed and pushed for me to total my car but never gave me a possibility to just fix it instead he lost my business and I decided to tow my car in pieces. You know how much pain you caused me. I was very nice to you and your team. I am sorry for the ugly review. This whole process took 2 months. So obviously the insurance gave me 30 days only for a rental barely.
