I recently had an issue with the tax of a refund caused by the system glitch at this store and wasn’t able to resolve over the phone. In fact the associate told me over the phone that there was nothing that could be done to correct the issue. I was not satisfied and wanted to speak to the manager. I came to the store and was greeted immediately. Once I told the associate the issue, she knew immediately and went back to check with her manager then came back with my refund. The manager, Lisa, came out, introduced herself, and explained that the system glitch was brought up to IT. Extremely professionally handled!

Heather is the sweetest sales person I have met! She helped me purchase a ring for my boyfriend and even helped me visualize if it would be the correct size. She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient and I greatly appreciated her expertise! Thank you Heather for the amazing experience and I will definitely be back for future purchases! It was 11:55am and it looked like they had opened the doors. I went to grab the handle and a man was standing right next to the door, just standing there looking at his watch. He opened the door and said sorry we don’t open til 12. It literally pouring down rain and he made me go back to my car and wait 5 minutes. Horrible customer service. It’s not like there was a long line of people waiting to come inside. It was literally just me.

I’m very disappointed in James Avery, my daughter lost an enhancer bead on her bracelet, she went to get it replaced and paid to add it to her bracelet. The salesperson asked you want it in the same place as the other, she replied yes and was told when it would be ready to pick up. When she went to pick it up it was in the wrong place, they made her pay additional $$$ to move it to the correct place. This was their mistake not hers, so that’s why the one star.

I went to Firewheel store to pick up my mom jewelry she had charms taken from one piece of jewelry to her bracelet. They didn’t charge her I go to do the same and get charged. The assistant was not very friendly. Not even the mgr when I brought it to her.

The store and displays are clean and neat. The jewelry options are not as vase as other locations, and the customer service is either really good or awful. One of the staff members particularly is always very rude in tone and mannerism as if she is annoyed with me (occasionally my family) being there and asking for help. I recommend going to another location or ordering online.

The Garland location has always been a go to for me when I dont want to drive to the Northpark location. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I went in there looking for a ring and bracelet. I am unsure about my ring size since it varies from ring to ring. I was worried about my finger shrinking in the winter. Clairece had an idea and went to the back and came back with a paper bowl and ice. She told me to hold the ice in my hand and try to get my finger to shrink a little. It worked and I was very happy with the fit of the ring. I have never had a bad purchase and the staff at the Garland location has always been very helpful and they NEVER try to up-sale.

I paid to have a charm re soldered here a couple months ago from a poor soldering job at a different James Avery. The charm recently fell off my bracelet. I brought it in to have it re-repaired and was told that they couldn’t see exactly what the previous service/repair was for so they they couldn’t honor the work and I would have to pay for additional repairs.The charm was my first Mother’s Day present from my son and husband, leaving it broken wasn’t really an option.
