The worst auto shop I've ever taken my car to. I stopped by this shop to get new rotors and brake pads for my car back in Nov 2023 and paid $700 for everything. Started in May 2024, the steering wheel and brake shake whenever I attempt to slow down the car at 50mph or above. Called and talked to the owner, he said to bring the car back to the shop. I dropped the car off at 9:30am on 07/25, waited until 2:30pm on the same day just to hear him saying that I would have to pay $200 extra money for labor fee so he could replace the defective parts. I was appalled by how he handled this situation. Obviously I don't have any other choice except paying him extra money to fix the defective issue. By the way, he suggested back in November to go with his shop's parts instead of bringing my own parts because of quality. Dude wasted my time and money. I'm going to take him to a small court claim to settle this issue. Heed my lesson, stay away from this shop.
If you read these reviews, you should know that your business is not ethical, have you heard? If you want to support the Vietnamese people and do business like you, it will only make the Vietnamese people look bad. I'm still gentle, but when I meet someone else, you won't be at peace right there, have you heard? When doing business, remember to leave virtue for your family's descendants.

These repairmen fixed the inner tire hub quickly and reasonably which made it better for me to drive home without the noise that had been happening in my wheel hub. They did point out another part of my car that needed to be addressed soon.

The owner of the shop has taken care of me & my husband car very good
My opinion I think they do awesome work. He is very honest. He alert me to serious issue with car. And I was glad that they noticed & alert me to it. I got it fixed.
I honestly think their pricing is very reasonable for now day pricing these days.
I know my husband think highly of this shop. He used to be a mechanic several years ago. So he is really expressed with how they run this shop. He understands what goes on over the other counter / side of business.
This is our go to mechanic right now.
We have never noticed any of bad things that some of these other reviews are saying about this shop.

Went to there bc my tire kept losing air, charged me 15 bucks and didn't even fix it. I waited an almost an hour for them to plug it.
Also their fish are too big to be in that sized tank, they don't have enough oxygen which is why they sit at the top all day opening and closing their mouths, they're gasping for air.

Communication was decent, I really appreciate how thorough and diligent Dylan was with sending the information about the parts and picking them up. Service was really great, quick, and now my car runs better than it did before. He didn’t even fix my air but somehow the things he did fix has my air BLOWING on Low, and i’m very appreciative of it. Very friendly and helpful, my car stared running very bad on me all of sudden and I called the Hundyia dealership and they could not get to it for almost two weeks, took my car to Jackman's and they fixed it the same day, will diffently go to them again

Excellent service and pricing. New management and better service than before. I come here because i'm always take care of, no better place that i know of or could recommend. Give them a try you won't be disappointed, remember it's a repair shop, not a restaurant

Steer clear of this low end shade tree mechanic establishment. The owner Tyler is dishonest and not trustworthy. I took my vehicle in for struts,wheel bearings and CV axles. I was sold motorcraft OEM parts,received re manufactured Chinese garbage! Three of the 4 parts failed 90 days after installed. I had to pay additional labor to have the 3 parts warrantied. They still were unable to diagnose and repair a roaring noise. I bought all necessary tools and NAPA premium parts and redone all of their work myself. I found both wheel bearings that I was charged for severely worn,but never replaced. Also the technician broke my ABS wheel sensor and used epoxy to hold it in place. That held for 2 days then the epoxy failed. I lost my speedometer and ABS error was displayed. I asked the mechanic why he used epoxy rather than repairing what was broken and his response was "that wasn't epoxy,I used silicon." WTH? Im keeping everything they allegedly replaced that I was charged for to take to small claims court! Its disgusting just knowing people like the owner Tyler are out there taking advantage of people!

Ron sold is buisness after many years serving the Garland community. He sold to a fabulous mechanic named Quyen who is just as amazing. He fixed an issue another mechanic said was impossible. He will be our go to now that Ron has had a much needed retirement.

Very friendly relatively quick and efficient service. Occasionally takes a while to greet when you walk in but theyre busy so i can wait a few minutes and so can you! And they give regular customers a discount which is a nice thing to do for patrons like myself thatve been coming in for years. Even after ownership changed, they upheld it. Classy.

Great automotive work. Very thorough. Reasonably priced. Had a last minute semi- emergency with an oil leak and was scheduled to leave town. Called at the last minute and they got me on the road on schedule.
