They sell vehicles that has hidden issues. There was a small ticking noise from the engine, then it became louder within 2 months.??♂️I financed a car with them at a 23.99% interest rate with a credit score of 685 please stay away from this car lot.

Don’t like this place. No I do not recommend this place at all. They don’t do what they say going to take care of. My daughter got a SUV here and it had a couple of issues like the heater doesn’t work, one tire was bad they supposed to had ordered they never did, a window from the back does not work. A guy name Mike I guess Manager said stop complaining about all stuff that’s wrong with the vehicle or the bank wont approve the loan. My daughter put down 2k down , with that much down they should of fix everything that was wrong with that car before we took it. But he said just bring it back & we’ll take care of everything for you. A year later noting ever was taking care of. And my daughter never missed a payment or won’t let her do a tread in. We are not happy with the vehicle my daughter got here. Unsatisfied customer! I don’t not recommend!!

DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE!!! I was sold a 2022 used pathfinder the truck looked brand new. Ever since day one I started having problems with the truck. So little did I know that lots of problems were coming. After so many months of struggling with the truck I took it to get trade in. The dealership I went to buy a new truck from and the manager came to see me. He told me the truck was worth nothing so I was like WHAT!!! He showed me the carfax and he showed me that they sold me a total loss truck that I couldn’t trade in or get my money back. So I went to 4 other dealerships and they all said the same thing, this truck is not safe they should’ve never sold me this truck. So recommend everyone not to go buy at this place they will show you a similar carfax some other car inspection that’s not a carfax and they Will say it’s ok. Lost 29,000 at this place so disappointed

I advise with every fiber of my being to avoid this so called business. I came in with 3k for a down payment and everything necessary to get a vehicle. The second i walk in i am greeted by Panama and Rey, everything seemed fine at the start but it changed quickly. Panama was pushing multiple cars on me that i verbalized i did not want , i saw one car in the lot and mentioned it to him. Panama acted surprised like he had just forgotten about this nice car with low mileage, how odd that someone with 3 times the down payment you require, you suggest cars WAY worse than what’s available. Even after i expressed interest in the new car i mentioned, panama still continued to push these older cars with more miles. I finally get to the application part, again after i’ve said that i want the newer car, panama had the older vehicles application and had me fill that one out. I advised him i do not want this one so he claims he would put the application in for the correct car. Next day i show up expecting the application to be ran for the correct car, but what car is parked right up front? the old car that panama was pushing on me. AGAIN told them i do not want this car! Then i am waiting for at least 30 minutes inside, no one is talking to me, addressing me, or apologizing for the wait or updating me on what’s going on. I assume they were running the application for the actual car i wanted because Panama did not after he said he’d file the correct app. Then another salesman Rey gives me the keys for the car i want to test drive, i advise both him and panama i want to take it to my family’s trusted mechanic to check it out, Panama told me that he has multiple mechanics that can check it… why on earth would i use your biased mechanic? When i get to my trusted mechanic he lets me know that they cleared the check engine light and it was suspicious. When i return to this so called business with the car, the first thing Rey says to me is “what did your mechanic say” , not , “did you like it” or “how was it” as if he knew there was an issue. I let him know abt the issue with the engine light and Rey said how “oh if it’s cleared they can still see the code of the issue to see what’s wrong” which is false but i let him believe i didn’t know that and i find it odd how he didn’t say “no we did not clear it” he just shuffled around reasons as to why it could’ve been cleared. I then ask about previous vehicle damage and reports of them, so we head back inside Rey and I and instead of showing me the wreck history he tells panama that i am thinking about waiting. Instantly panama floods me with questions as to why, and Panama had the nerve to ask me if my mechanic is certified…like i would just take it to a hobo and have them check it out After all that i step outside the door (that is closed mind you) with my partner to discuss, when i open the door, i see Rey standing right by the door when he was previously sitting at his desk across the office. He was clearly eavesdropping on my conversation. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I advise them i want to wait before i make a decision then suddenly it’s a time issue and “oh no you may not be approved in a day if you leave” which i understand is classic salesman bs but by the way both Panama and Rey conducted themselves i would bet the only way they make commission to taking advantage of people. Please do not allow these men to profit off of you because they are the definition of slimey car salesmen

They fail to tell you the status about the title and most of the vehicles they sell are salvage. They will mislead you and tell you it doesn't matter. They post clear title on different websites such as cars.com, car gurus etc., and say they have no control over those ads, which is untrue. They must supply the information to these websites or they would not be on there. On their website, they fail to disclose title issues and do not divulge the issues unless you do your own research and confront them. If you are able to finance the vehicle because someone did not see it, you will lose substantial money on resale and may not be able to insure, once your carrier discovers it is a salvage. Wonder why it is such a good deal, it's not. Take your money to someone that will not deceive you.

This dealership is trying to sell a 2023 Nissan Rogue that he claimed was free from major defects or wrecks and handed us a clear Experian Car report. Only to find out that the car had obviously been hit in the front and back and had extensive damage. Very disappointed that we were lied to. Please be cautious. Very unhappy that we could’ve been sold a high damaged vehicle that tried to pass as damage-free.
