Russell Tisdale owns and operates Hollywood Paint and Body. He and his crew do absolutely outstanding repair work. All communications regarding repairs are conducted by Russell with the insurance company. Any time (insurance or personal only) that I need body work done, I take it to Hollywood Paint and Body. Above all things, he is honest. I recommend this repair facility without reservation.

I wholeheartedly recommend Hollywood Paint & Body Shop. My vehicle was stolen and totaled, and Hollywood provided me with much-needed support during that challenging time. Having never gone through the experience of having my car stolen they were there to answer any and all of the questions that I had with genuine compassion and eagerness to help.Their outstanding customer service was evident throughout the process, from handling communication with my claims representative to providing regular updates on the progress of my car. That's not even mentioning the amazing job they did repairing my vehicle which is running better than before It was stolen! to keep this already long review from getting longer I absolutely recommend checking them out for any wrecker accident related needs.

Hollywood P&B shop was referred to me by Christian Brothers and let me tell you, it was not a disappointment. These people were so nice and extremely friendly. They treated me like a best friend as soon as I walked in the door. Their customer service is on another level. They took care of my car quickly and returned it better than when I first bought it. They explained everything to my level of understanding and answered all my dumb questions. Amazing work and great people. Shout out to Mr. Russell and Ms. Hailey, you both are so awesome.

I've used Hollywood Paint and Body several times over the last few years. The work has always been high quality and the prices have always been fair. Customer service is excellent; you can tell that Russell, the owner, operates the business with a lot of honesty and integrity. My whole family brings their cars here now and I don't see that changing.

Excellent experience! I am a very picky person and was very pleased. The paint finish and match was excellent as well (metallic paint). Very happy with the workmanship and overall experience with this shop. Highly recommend.I tried to add another review but it will only let me edit my previous one. I recently took some items to this shop for paint. Once again, paint turned out great.

I took my car to Hollywood Paint & Body to have a repair done to the front end… needed a new bumper & some minor other repairs. The service is awesome… the people are super nice & got my car back very quickly. I so happy with how it looks now!!! I bought a used car that looked a lot older than the actual year. The paint was faded on the roof and the chipped paint on the hood was starting to rust. Russell had taken care of my mom's car many times in the past that she didn't trust anyone else with my car. Russell definitely took care of us. By just a quick inspection, he could tell me that the hood and roof had been replaced due to hail damage and that it wasn't the original paint on the car, but that it had been re-painted. The previous owner of the car confirmed Russell's analysis showing that he is truly an expert in his field.I'm so happy that I took my car to Hollywood P&B. Russell turned my old looking car into a brand new looking vehicle. I really couldn't be happier with the price and workmanship. It's been half a decade since the first time Russell painted my mom's car and the paint still looks bright and shiny so I know the quality of work on my car will certainly last.

I was recommended to Hollywood Paint & Body by Christian Brothers Automotive in Allen. Russell at Hollywood Paint & Body gave me a detailed breakdown estimate on a small bumper dent repair and explained each line item. Russell and his team were friendly and helpful. I believe I received an honest price for high quality work. They value their customers and take pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend!

From Chicago, my son is a student at SMU. He got in an ugly accident, and was dealing with some legal things, so I called the garage we take his car to and they told me to call Hollywood and ask for Russell--boy, am I glad I did! I called Russell that afternoon and he got back to me (same day) after 6pm, with an estimate and 3 different options. Wow! After we got some of the legal things worked out, my son brought the car in, and it was fixed the same day. Really happy with the communication from Russell and the work that the team from Hollywood did. Highly recommended! 5 stars is not enough.

I've had my truck for 12 years. I've brought it here for paintless dent repair about 6 years ago, and to have the front end repainted over a year ago. Great service, great prices each time. They've helped keep my old truck looking brand new. Pictures shown are after and before.
