“Always enjoy shopping at this store. I appreciate being able to order online using the Michaels app then using the easy and accessible in store pick up feature. My only suggestion would be having more than one person available at checkout. Since the end of the holidays every time I've been to this location there is only one person working the register and a wait of 3 or more shoppers waiting to check out. It would be appreciated by myself as well as other customers to have an employee that is working the floor who could step in as an extra cashier on an as needed basis.”

The only thing I don't like about these stores, is they are one man operations, and there are times when the store should be open, but aren't.. Then I worry, and it's a lost trip to the store. ?”

“After multiple trips to this store and multiple phone calls with customer service involving a warranty issue with a PlayStation I bought I stopped by 1 more time yesterday to try again. When I came in Kathryn was very helpful and friendly throughout a fairly complicated problem caused by an issue with an error at the time of the original purchase. She was able to find a fix to my problem within a few minutes and got me back up and running. Despite the difficulties prior to this, super grateful for her help and patience with my issue!”
