I had hoped to custom order a frame. The project probably would’ve been a $50 or $60 sale. I approached the counter where this type of work was done and found a bell with the signage “Ring for Service.“ I rang it and waited three or four minutes. No one came. I rang it again and waited another three or four minutes. Again, no one came, I would’ve appreciated it if someone who heard the bell would’ve come out and told me that the person who does this kind of work was not available, but that did not happen, although they were several employees up front. I was completely ignored. I had no choice, but to leave the store . I will never return .

This Hobby Lobby is the standard for cleanliness, organization, and neatness. Even the clearance section was organized. This has become my go to Hobby Lobby, plus the store prices are marked down more than other stores.

It seems like all hobby lobbys have an issue with checkout lines. Definitely need to have more than one open. I understand everyone has a place why linger near the checkout lines while a single cashier is struggling? Help or go away, watching them struggle is just cruel.

When asking where something was clerk just pointed and said over by such and such. Only had 1 Register open watched 3 customers get tired of waiting in line and left. Needs some help for sure
