I have been trying to get a knee brace from these people for a month and a half now they me my insurance haven’t been approved yet. I and a representative stayed on the phone when the insurance company called them and gave the information. It was a supervisor who called but they say they haven’t gotten the approval. They haven’t been trying to help me at all. I missed an appointment for some reason. But I had to wait another 2weeks now I have been waiting now for another 2weeks. I had knee surgery June 13th and I still need some kind of support.

Customer service is awful. No help what so ever. I will never set foot in there again. They tell you one thing on the phone and are useless when you show up. They leave off important information when you call and you end up making multiple trips. So tired of this place. Avoid them.

Horrible service! Needed a sleeve for my prosthetic leg, went into office and was told they would order. They got approval from my insurance in May. They advised me how much I had to pay, which is a first because when I was in Florida I never had to pay, I advised that it was too much and I couldn't pay all in single payment but would have to send small payments as I am on disability. I requested that they send me a bill with the total amount so I could start payments. As of July have not received bill or sleeve. When I called hanger again I was told that they had cancelled order because I hadn't payed. I advised them that was wrong and explained situation,was told to call clinic I went to again. After many attempts of trying to get anyone I was finally able to talk to office manager,Kevin King on August 6 and he advised they would reorder. As of today, August 17, per my insurance company no order has been billed so apparently nothing has been ordered. Both my insurance representative and myself have tried calling office and only get voicemail or get disconnected by Hanger's automatic phone system. Unable to get replacement elsewhere because insurance shows hanger has already been authorized so I'm stuck with a leg that falls off when I try to walk because of no support and also causing me pain as can see from photo. This office service is horrible.

I found Jason at their Plano location great. The did fumble with a quote in being way marked up but once I talked to them they did take on several thousand dollars themselves. We came together and it worked out. Again they have been great even after my payment was taken. Jason is genuinely concerned with my comfort. Not there yet but I am a difficult case. Thanks Jason...

Weak customer service. Needed to pick up a walking boot for an ankle injury. Our doctor office called them and they told them they closed at 5:00 PM. We arrived at 4:30 and they would not help us. Said "No walk-ins after 4:00."
