Easy access and kind customer service. The individuals were very welcoming and gracious. They assisted with the delivery of our electrical fixtures. Great outlet to do good and know that your donations will make a lasting impact on someone's life. Worth a trip -

This is a really cool store. They have a wide range of items for a great price. I saw some sofas for super cheap and they have large area rugs. I found a really pretty decorative box when we went also.

The store had lots of things to purchase. But they also carried new things which I thought was a little strange

This habitat for humanity was excellent. They had a good variety of items and had some great prices. Not everything was cheap but you can definitely find bargains. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be helpful.

I have been donating large and small items to this ReStore for over one year (before that I donated to another ReStore location farther from my house), and the pickups have been from our garage accessed via our alley. No issues and the staff were always pleasant, but my latest request for furniture pickup went awry and has me re-thinking my desire to helps others through this location. The trucks have been to our house many times and the trucks are smaller than a city garbage truck, which negotiates our paved alley without issue. My more recent experience consisted of a driver and helper pulling up to the front of the house, and when I came out to ask them to drive around back I was told very gruffly by the driver that he "doesn't do well with this truck." He then took off! I stood in the alley hoping he was going to drive around, but nope. Got on the phone and was told that the guy didn't feel comfortable driving into the alley and it was too narrow. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the driver WAS the manager. Okaaaaaay....when I mentioned a history of no issues and my concern for today's behavior, I was finally transferred to someone to explain the situation and he was edgy at first but calmed down. NET/NET we're going to reschedule for when "the regular driver" is on duty. If that doesn't go well I will simply donate my items to other charitable organizations that have picked up donations in the past without skipping a beat. Before today's experience, I would have given a 3 or 4-star rating. Hopefully today's situation was just a one-time occurrence.
