“I am glad I joined CrossFit 190. The workouts are challenging. The coaches have a in-depth knowledge of the workouts, they offer alternatives in case we aren’t able to perform.And the community! All the folks who workout here are amazing, very helpful. It’s a fun place.”

“I have been a member of this gym for a little over a year and Corey is absolutely amazing! He made the registration process smooth as I was transitioning into the area and was in need of a new home gym. There has never been a time that I have ever came to the facility and it was not clean, fully stocked on wipes for sanitary purposes or ever any machine not up and running. Corey keeps this location running smoothly! As a single woman I always felt safe coming anytime of day as there are cameras strategically placed around the facility for the members safety . I recommend this gym and give it a 10 out of 10 hands down!”

“Hello! Dawson V Jackson, Pleased to make all of your acquaintance. I have attended Anytime Fitness since 7th grade, and as I am now 18 years old the gym has developed since!
This gym is extremely private, especially at night, and as it is a smaller space, there is a large multitude of equipment! You have the advantage to pretty much do absolutely any work out super organically!
I love this gym with all my heart and my bestfriend & I come here every day now. A 6/5 stars from me!”
“Keyshun gave us an excellent tour and explained everything very clearly. He answered all of our questions and concerns and i now have a membership. The gym is so clean and organized everyone greets you politely . The bathrooms were very clean also”

“Great price, great people, and awesome team. My oldest daughter has autism and I really did struggle to find something for her until we signed her up here. She loves it, her little sister loves it, and everyone is really welcoming here.”
“Last night when I went in, there was no one behind the counter. I noticed a young girl sitting in one of the chairs to my left. As I scanned my card she said something, but I couldn't understand what she said. I went into the gym area and later took a shower. At 11:47, the lights went off in the shower area and I had to finish dressing IN THE DARK. When I exited the gym shortly before Midnight, this same girl was behind the counter. Don't know WHO decided to cut the lights off early.
UPDATE:
The next time I went to Retro, I left at 11:56, and ALL the lights were still ON.

“I really enjoy going here, everyone is so sweet and the staff is really helpful if you have any questions or concerns. There are some machines out of order but that's to be expected at any gym. Women's area is also really nice! If you're thinking about going here I suggest you do :)”

“Love this gym! The manager is really welcoming and runs the facility very well. They stay on top of always keeping everything clean. Compared to other planet fitnesses this one is not overly packed and crazy. This is by far my favorite location I drive the extra miles and pass 2 local planet fitness locations just to get to this one. If you have the app it tells you when they are less packed , I usually only go if it has 2 bars or less ?”

“I haven’t used this location in probably a year and a half, but in that time, the location has been fully renovated. Brand new matrix cardio equipment and TVs, a new layout, and renovated black card spa make this old location feel brand new. Probably the best facility in the area.”
“I love this place. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is well taken care of. Facility always very clean. They regularly invest back into improving the facility. Just today they were repairing and/or replacing several weight machines and they are in process of construction of the steam room. This building has been around for many years however feels modern. I feel the price is fair for the cleanliness, constant improvement, amenities, and staff. Opening at 4 am on weekdays is a major plus as well.”
“Went to this location at 5am, so much space. All the benches were open because it's now late in the year and the " New year new me people " are still in bed sleeping piling up calories ??? Today was my first day at this LA Fitness and I liked it , you should come.”

“The service here has been bad before and I see a lot of turnover but I think it's changing for the better now ...new manager and better employees, I like to shout out Jake , when I have had bad experiences at the front desk he took my issues and tried to resolve them especially when I usually get the run around. Taking the time to at least listen to guest goes a long way. He seems to have experience in dealing with guest service issues due to how he handled mine. I've always thought it's not the quantity of employees it's the quality.”

“If you are serious about strength training, this is the place--the amount of specialty equipment in this space is almost insane, especially if you are a strongman athlete. I've been coming here for 3 years and I swear the equipment is upgraded practically every time I walk in the door. The passion and love the owners have for the gym (and strength sports) is evident, and the value for your dollar can't be beat.
One of the things I love most about the gym is the growing community of awesome strong women and the supportive environment for all. While women are making amazing strides I strength sports right now, it's not always the case that they feel at home in a strength focused gym. That's just not the case at BAB. If you're a woman on the fence about strength sports, you'll find a home and a place to grow here!”
