He was reliable and truthful. Pick up my truck on and delivered with no problem, even when I was not a de delivery site. All my belongings were there aswell. Totally recomend it. Price was reasonable

It may be a good service, but they take advantage a little when it is urgent, from only 3 miles away I charge $80 and that is a take advantage of the people who use their service

Excellent service. My car turned off when I stopped at a red light (been having engine problems) I called them and they were with me in less than 10 minutes. Helped me tow my car back to my house. They were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

My brother used Guerra's Towing a couple of times in the past and spoke very highly of them. I reached out to them as I need to have my car picked up in a couple of days to be delivered to a mechanic. I asked the person who answered if he was Fredie. He said "Yes, what do you want"? I let him know I needed to get a quote for a pickup and drop off. He immediately said he didn't have any drivers available. I tried to let him know I needed this service in the next couple of days. He told me to call back when I need it and hung up. I thought maybe the call dropped so I called back. When I called back, he immediately sent me to voicemail. This is very poor customer service. Obviously, I should have read the reviews for myself before reaching out to them. Lesson learned!

Called to have them to pick up my car, said before noon.by 1:30 pm stil never showed up.

Driver was a good guy and did a good job. Whoever the owner is has yet to get me an invoice for insurance purposes and it's been a month. I call every other day and I even went to the location without any success. Very unprofessional.

Friendly. Efficient, only prob was the driver didn't notify anyone at the dealership the car was there. I don't think it was the drivers fault. He left my vehicle in a numbered space and communicated this to his dispatcher. The dispatcher dropped the ball and did not call me or the dealership. I've used these guys three times and that's the only problem I had.
