“Small, quaint, neighborhood grocery. Clean inside, competitive pricing, uncluttered shopping. Unique choice of items compared to other grocery stores. Similar to smaller markets in Europe and other parts of the world that don't shop in bulk. Good place to go for special dietary requirements without spending as much as you would at Whole Foods. Good selection of seasonings, meat, dairy, and staples. This particular store seems to be well managed and clean and employees are friendly.Bring your own grocery bags to facilitate larger purchases.”

“Vietnamese grocery store with a good selection of seafood and fresh produce. They usually run decent sales. Most common Asian cuisine ingredients and needs can be found here. The store is clean and well organized. Aisles can feel a little cramped when it's busy. One of our regular stops when in the Garland area while visiting the Metroplex.”
“One of the cleanest Asian market I have been to. I hate the smell of Asian's market especially at their meat and sea food area, but they have been clean more than others one. The food are fresh, we will be back.”
“Every single time I get to the cashier there is something that is priced way higher than what it was on the aisle. Always. And they always go to the aisle and fix it and get it right but I think it's ridiculous that they are sneakily making a couple of cents off of everybody by jacking the price up from what it says on the aisle because this happens all the time here. All the time. The customer service is fantastic the prices of the goods are halfway decent the beer is insanely high priced the meats are okay but it's just four stars definitely not five”

“The dollar general store is very convenient especially when your mom and dad And got a very busy schedule. If I need milk or something simple I will go in there every time I walk in there I check out everything that is where I buy my Facial make up wipes sometimes nails fingernails every once in a while I'll get some make up most the time is grab and go. They have very cute items to hang in your house picture frames arts and crafts and if you don't have a lot of money you can buy somebody a very nice gift At a low rate, Which I'm sure most thing you know this anyways thanks for let me share”

“Small family owned, 1/2 grocery, 1/2 eating area, very clean inside. Overall the food was good, the lady went to the back to make it once I placed my order. They do accept credit card here. I think I will be back to get more of the injera bread. I wish they label the price on the items better so we don't have to ask how much each item is.”
“I discovered E&S Grocery and Bakery from this moon cake box. I am a careful shopper. I'm buying moon cakes to share with my coworkers. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, we no longer work at a same location. So, I need to ship the freshest moon cake possible. The only way to ensure freshness is to try locally produced moon cakes. Strangely enough, I couldn't find a single bakery in Houston Chinatown that have same shippable packaging. I'm really not interested to buy moon cakes from Hong Kong or China. Simply because they contain preservatives for its traveling time and ingredients quality. Among all moon cakes I've tried this year (phew, I sampled so many last week), E&S Grocery and Bakery is the best in test, quality and affordability. I bought a box of 4 for $22 at Viet Hoa Supermarket. All moon cakes have a tiny sticker on the package to describe the flavor. The complete ingredients are on the bottom of the box. Surprised me with a huge egg yolk in them. One of these days, I'm gonna visit E&S Grocery and Bakery in Garland Texas 75042 to try other yummy pastries.”
“Carnitas are pretty good, but it's also the place if you're looking for stuff like costilla, buche, tripa, and such. You can order this in the butcher area. They also have some "fresh" (?) tortillas in a cooler, if you like them sweaty and falling apart like every other bad tortilla in the US. Salsas are mild but savory and they give you plenty of them so there's that. Overall the store is clean but busy. Finally, they got rid of the crazies yelling religious stuff at you early in the morning. Five stars for that small courtesy ??”

“Amazing grocery store! The prices are incredibly low, I was shocked. My total bill which is typically 200 was 103 for the same items! Also they have a different sale every day. For example- on sundays all frozen items are 10% off! I can’t believe this gem of a place!!! 10/10 highly recommend!”
