Quick and easy drop off! Easily accessible, they helped unload the car and were friendly. We didn’t go inside, it’s a smaller shopping location from what I could tell.

I brought chairs here and asked them to hold the chairs for a few hours and they sold the chairs I brought. they loudly said said I was trying to steal and when showed my receipt they didn't want to give me money or say sorry. very rude management and employees.

disappointed ? I used to came here every Sunday for the sale tag half price but I noticed that even when I go when the store just open all the merchandise on sale it's going for the last month I think there employee's are collecting the sale color tags merchandise one day before so this is bad trying to made people believe that there's the regular 50% sale shame on goodwill

I have shopped at this store for probably 20 years. Today I went in there to find some jeans and was dumbfounded when they told me they no longer have fitting rooms. AND there is a no return or exchange policy. So I basically just have to take my chances and hope they fit? Because if they don't, I have just wasted my money on something I cannot wear that I cannot exchange. Do you no longer want to sell clothing? Suffice it to say, I will no longer shop there nor will I be making any donations. Seriously Goodwill... make it make sense.

Ridiculous ugly old clothes are priced way way to high!!! Toys too and other stuff really you might as well go buy brand new this place is ridiculous for thirft store old ugly crusty items and clothes are too overly priced!!!!!!!!!!!!

So sad to see what used to be one of the nicer Goodwills in the area going downhill. The employees will move you out of the way to do what they need to do but don't seem to be able to answer any questions. The stores seems dirty and merchandise is trashy.

I went last weekend and they have removed the fitting rooms. I had a few items I wanted to try on, but didn't buy them once I found out I couldn't try them on.

I saw the bad customer services reviews for this location prior to visiting the location today, @ 12:25 7/10/2023 but thought I wouldn’t be affected since I was only donating. I dropped off a bar height table with two stools, a coffee table, 2 side tables, and a floor lamp. Neither of the 2 young men (1 with curly hair and 1 with dreads) thought twice about helping me unload the furniture or even spoke 1 word to me after I mentioned I had a lot of furniture. Not really sure why they were even there. I’m honestly appalled at the customer service. It makes the experience a 0/10 for those who can donate things. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not be back.
