Drove all the way out to their physical store only for it to be locked when I called they said they no longer have a physical store. Well then they need to update their google business page to reflect that ,a waste of an hour drive. If I can’t just come by and pick something up I might as well order from an any other online retail seller.

Been doing business with them for a while, until today. Over the years I've bought probably more than 150 computers from them. They sold me 16 Dell PCs recently, and most of them had issues, but it took me a while (about 2 months of troubleshooting) to finally give up on the PCs - 11 of them were behaving oddly if you let them run a while. When I was emailing the owner/manager (Joe Bell), I explained the extenuating circumstances, my long time affiliation with them, and this being the first time I was every taking anything back. He said something along the lines of "30 day warranty - no refunds". His decision, but not a very friendly long term partner. I won't be working with them ever again. Deal with them at your own risk.

Called multiple times to be hung up on idk if someone died, they filing bankruptcy etc.... but on Google it says they're open for business just was looking for a cpu to make a desktop and in response to the phone calls not being a priority I also came by the address twice at listed business hours and not too early like 12pm and 3pm and the place was clearly closed

Employee at GC here.We have closed our retail business. We still take phone, email, website and eBay orders. All warranties are still honored and local pickups are available M-F 9 AM - 5 PM once your order is ready.I'm posting this so more people don't become irate and leave negative ratings because somehow google is telling them we have retail available. Also we do not buy single or small lots of PC equipment, we only buy in large quantity.

Not sure how people are reviewing that they went in store to purchase stuff. I just went in today and was told that everything has been done online-only for years "since covid started". so either we have a lot of lying reviewers or we have a misinformed front desk. regardless, google listing needs to be edited to remove in-store shopping. looked over the website and nothing in there that i can find specifies that it is no longer in-store. still disappointing. will remove review upon google listing edit.

Great people, hardware in nice condition. Store is clean and open with open space. Had a good experience, and would recommend anyone checking this place out from basic computer needs, to server related. That's what I was there for. Also has furniture, applicances, and flooring (I thought I heard someone say). Mike was a huge help, and super professional!Back for more servers, always check out the website because they are always listing new hardware. Again great time and really nice, even helped me load the servers up in my vehicle.

I barely write reviews however I believe this is warranted.
Over the last 2 years I have purchased many systems from this company. Most of which were issueless.
HOWEVER, this last time I purchased 5x i7 servers from them they arrived to our facility and would not show any video. Garland did not provide any information on how to fix it since they did not work on arrival. I returned the 5 servers and Garland was not pleasant AT ALL to deal with on the return. It's not my fault the servers did not work, yet they treated it as such.
Find other companies to buy from if you value getting any support for damaged on arrival or broken systems.
