I took my CT6 into Lone Star Cadillac’s Service Dept. for my side mirror Blindside Warning Indicator’s had stopped working… talked with the service representative, told him my problem, he wrote me up … in about 3 days I received a call from L.S. saying my car was ready for pickup… when I got there, they told me they had replaced a transmission sensor and that’s why my ck. engine light was coming on… I told them that the ck. engine light had never come on in my car… and they insisted that I had a bad transmission sensor… I thought to myself “I don’t think so… but ok” … so I paid the bill, jumped into my car and left…. about 5 min. away from the Dealership I noticed that the indicators were still NOT WORKING… back to the Dealership I went, they’ve had my car for 4 days now, I’m still waiting for the call from them to come pickup my car..?? So we’ll see..??? I’m hoping they get it right this time…??

Mal Smith was our sales representative and he was PHENOMENAL he took us through the features on a few vehicles and ultimately we choose to go with Cadillac Lyric and electric vehicle that he got a great deal on for myself. Our experience and customer service we received was definitely 5 stars. JW was excellent. He was patient with our 2 boys and understanding with my wife’s indecisiveness lol. Nonetheless my wife got exactly what she wanted and deserved and we have Lone Star Cadillac and JW to thank for it. Right off the show room floor. We will definitely be going back for our next Cadillac!

I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation at Lone Star Cadillac but when leaving and driving a half a mile down the road I started hearing a loud noise from the back of my car. I prayed all the way back to the dealership and told Quincy my service advisor something is wrong with my car and I didn't bring it in sounding this way. So he took it back into the shop and a few minutes later they said my car was ready. So I asked what was wrong with my car and he said the service tech forgot to tighten my lug nuts. When I told my husband what happened he was furious.

Quincy is great! I previously visited to have some tires installed and had a less than satisfactory experience. Quincy reached out to address my concerns and invited me back for upcoming service. He went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service and kept me informed on the status of my car while it was being worked on. He also made sure I was able to get out of there at the time I needed due to another appointment. I’m big on customer service and prior to working with Quincy, I would not have returned. I’m grateful for his outreach and his commitment to make things right for me.

Richard Morones was our salesperson and with the help of Amanda and Sonny we were able to happily leave with our new 2023 Cadillac XT5 and trade in our Cadillac SRX . In with new out with the old !

I Purchased a lease Cadillac XT4 from this place and I was not informed of a lease property tax that is required in the state of Texas which is $224. I was also informed that I would be able to buy the vehicle at any time or trade it in at any other company other than Cadillac and that is definitely not the case.Note, that the vehicle driving off the lot looses about 3-4k. So if I were u it's a good idea to negotiate 5k under invoice or do not make a deal. Also the car will depreciate by 12k year 1.7 so in this case GM will not buy ur car back or appreciate the car higher than what is worth even tho that was the reason why they didn't want u to lease the vehicle and sell it to another vendor. Lone star also won't help u in their service department or sales side after u buy the vehicle. I wanted to change the lease to a buy but bc the car is so depreciated I would have to come up with 12k to make a deal based on what they said. On top of that their service department is literally the worst I have ever experienced from bmw, Mercedes, Mazda. I would not buy a car from this place or even consider trading in the vehicle at that at the end of my lease for another Cadillac. Unless I'm paying 20k out the door to make up the depreciation, which I thought would have been taken care off with the huge down payment at zero percent. I'm glad I didn't get any extras from them too from the horrible service that they provide. I would just go back to BMW after my lease is over which will be in a couple of months . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS.
