I live there my hole Life the old manager was so nice and really friendly now these new manager is the worst she all ways is strict you can have dogs you can have air conditioners out side even if es hot Day I'm glad I'm moving out my 17 years in these apartments i give these apartments 0 Star nasty place and a lot of bugs

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the WORST apartment complex to live in. A/C doesn’t work properly, yet you get a fine if you have an AC unit when it’s “inspection time”, water is always being turned on and off “due to maintenance”, maintenance takes FOREVER to come fix something, office ladies are VERY rude, office is always closed for no reason, visitor parking is so limited but you can’t have visitors park anywhere else, you can’t even have visitors overnight they get towed, infested with roaches and some apartments have bedbugs also!! There was a big storm and the roof of our ceiling had a HUGE hole come down, all they did was come look at it, put a tarp on the roof, nothing else done until we finally left. They don’t answer phones half of the time, pool was NEVER open whole time we lived here. Children aren’t allowed to play with balls or even use chalk outside as it “looks unprofessional”? Horrible management, communication and apartment quality.

The managers are erasing reviews and not doing what they supposed to do properly. They covering 109 and 277 tracks for breaking windows and telling everyone at the apts complex to blame the lady with injuries (that went the hospital for that problem) and maintenance just snitch a lies the managers. Please fire these people everyone in staff. They Investigating my a** they aren't even doing anything just being stupid

If I could give it no stars I would. Roaches infested the apartment. Management broke in without a notice and put a knife to my dog

Infested with roaches every single apartments has roaches very disgusting. The office never cleans pool only in winter to keep it closed. Very hot apartment the office women. Think they are the tenants boss their vindictive they pick on everyone like it's highschool. Overall the apartments are starting at 1,300 a month for a one bed full of roaches that you can't get rid of a office who make family visits seem like prison visits and parking is terrible also no guests are allowed.

I lived there a year and a half. They are the worst apartments I've ever been in. When the air went out they told us we had to put in out own ac unit. We asked for pest control they never came. Honestly unless you're desperate I do not recommend these subpar mediocre clown apartments.

Absolutely WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in. Since March of this year the A/C has not worked. Temperatures inside the apartment gets more than 88 degrees (I measured the indoor temperature multiple times) which is downright dangerous to let your tenants live in the summer heat like this. They refuse to fix the central A/C and we aren’t allowed A/C window-units to help combat the sweltering temperature. Management is unorganized and honestly rude. The manager hung up on me back in March when I asked when the central air would be working properly. Also, the hot water does NOT get hot - just lukewarm. The front office claimed the hot water was “working fine” but I just tried the hot water in the kitchen and the bathroom and the hot water is STILL tepid at best. Beware of ever moving into the apartments.

So The A/c unit Turned off almost 3Days when Temps were at 112°fSo they have an emergency # called and the lady that answered said I Dont know what too tell you.And I'm like are you serious B/c I have 2babes 1year old and a 5year oldAnd they don't know what too tell me. WOWO!!

I arrived first, very friendly, then pure details in the apartments, there are animals, they stole a water leak, the bathroom is clogged, I don't recommend them, I just can't cancel because it's a contract, what I've tried to do, they only give me delays in the heating in cold weather, it didn't pull and now with the cold he pulls whenever he wants ????????

First; I still live here and just renewed a 2nd lease here. Reading these other reviews are comical to me because they must be living in a different complex. There is no way that there are holes in the ceiling, water running from everywhere, black & brown water, and the wealth of other complaints. I have literally seen 2 roaches since I have lived here and zero bed bugs! That can be combatted with regular cleaning and use diatomaceous earth [all natural, no chemicals, and found at the feed store] in the apartment on a regular basis. Now let me tell you the truth on this place; we have a 2 bedroom all bills paid and a pet rent and pay approximately $1K a month. Nowhere else, you will find that. This place is pet friendly and offers my girl a pet yard to run in without a leash. There is a playground for the kiddos, several picnic tables, and we have a pool. Recently I have noticed security patrolling the parking lot; which is excellent. My husband and I both work and have never had issues with sleeping. Our neighbors work too and are respectful. In the entire time I have been here I have never had to call the police for noise complaints, and never had to report to the office for noise either. The kids like to be kids here. There is a lot of bike riding, cell phone watching, kids chattering and laughing, boys playing football or catch, and kids being kids. I have never had a window broken and have never had an issue with them. I get along with my neighbors and consider this place a pretty cool place to live. I have seen it get better very recently in fact; I had to call around noon to call in a work order and when I got home at 5:30pm it was completed! I made it a point to stop by the office and thank the manager; because that was fast, and I appreciated her for that. I have always told people living in apartments is what you make it; there will be noise, there will be kids, there will be wait time on maintenance. That is apartment living; live with it or move into a house
