I was dropping off some stuff at Goodwill as we just moved into a house. I decided to wander in as I didn't even know it was over there next to goodwill/Dennys. I found the cutest little sectional and they delivered it within 30 minutes after I bought it! I'm still blown away! Love this place, staff was so friendly and helpful and I will definitely be returning when it's time for a dining room table.

I was shopping for furniture and I found this furniture store in garland and I thank god everyday that I bought my furniture here I dealt directly with the owner .no sales person no commission was involved Alex and mike took care of me and my family bought a whole apartment furniture and was very happy my furniture got delivered within days and was extremely happy I recommend this place. quality furniture and outstanding service .

Not sure what these other people are talking about, but Walter (the only salesman) at the business did a great job with little to no help! I ordered a recliner and a bedroom set. The bedroom set was in stock, however the recliner was not so Walter had to order it. Knowing how the world is today, I understood that I might not get my order in the time but Walter told me I would. When the time came, he called and told me the order was delayed. At first I was upset, because we live in a world / society where we want everything immediately, right when we order it. Then I realized, everything else I've ordered besides Amazon was and has been delayed due to the shipping crisis. Walter was very helpful and contacted me every step of the way. I understood it wasn't his fault. I wouldn't listen to these negative people who talk about a scam, how is buying furniture and it being delayed a scam. It's a process people and a small business that needs people to go in and buy furniture so it could survive in this only for the rich economy! Would recommend because of how personal our interaction was. I don't get that sort of interaction with bigger businesses because I'm usually the one calling them all the time. Great salesman Walter, keep up the good work even if you are short staffed!!!!!!

I wish I could give them less than one star. On July 23 I made a purchase for my granddaughter's apartment. She was moving to Dallas to start a job on August 2, 2021. We made a purchase of a sofa, coffee table, end tables, bed and mattress. We set the delivery date for July 31, 2021 a whole week and one day from the date of purchase. The delivery was to be between noon and 6 p.m. After the ticket was drawn up Walter the salesman said he was knocking off $100 for the coffee table (more on this later). There were two delivery charges which supposedly was because it was two different rooms! About 5:40 on July 31, 2021 my granddaughter called and Walter said the truck broke and it would be Monday. My granddaughter was starting work on Monday and was unable to accept the delivery, so we (her grandparents) had to stay in town to wait for the delivery. I went by the store at 10 am on Monday, August 2 and asked to speak with the person in charge of delivery and he said they were leaving Forney and would be at her apartment by 11:00. They got there about 1:30. The coffee table had more scratches than it had on the store floor room. I think this was done intentionally. I have a picture of the table and I took that picture on July 23rd. It is clear it has more damage. Also, my ticket showed the sofa was a floor model, when I asked Walter about that he said the computer automatically showed that, but it is strange to me that the bedroom furniture did not automatically say that! I missed my August 2 appointment in Little Rock with my oncologist because I had to stay in Dallas to receive the delivery. We were intending to leave Dallas on Sunday, August 1, 2021. I have sent a demand which has gone without a response asking that they waive the delivery fees, find another table at some other store and and also send me $100 for my inconvenience. I don't think that is asking too much. Walter kept saying he can give my granddaughter a store credit which is not acceptable, she doesn't need anything else. I am going to file a complaint with any and everyone I can. A very frustrated grandparent.

Hi ho hi ho it's off to the consumer protection bureau I go. So we ordered a chair, Ottoman, and recliner on February 24, 2021. Walter, our salesman, said everything would be in in two weeks. Imagine our surprise when two weeks later nothing was in. He told us to call back in four weeks. We called back again and guess what, still no furniture. This dance went on for almost 6 months. During that time, to try to compensate us for our frustration, Walter told us that we would receive 20% off of our orders. We asked for more to include delivery cost but decided we could live with that and appreciated the effort. Fast forward Monday, August 2. We finally had our furniture delivered two days earlier (July 31) and had to wait until Monday for Walter to contact his headquarters office to get our 20% back. Here is where the bait and switch comes in to play... even though we have Walter on voice message saying 20% off of our furniture, he backpedaled and said it was only being given on the Ottoman and the chair. Now we're playing word games and they don't want to give us the 20% off of the recliner as well. It's bad enough that you lied to us and said two weeks but then you're selecting which pieces of furniture you want to give 20% off. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer fraud and the Better Business Bureau. We will never, ever, ever do business with this company again and I will make sure that everyone I know will stay away from them as well.

I called, wanted a bedroom set that was in stock and did not have to order it. I spoke with Kyle, he said yes, they had the set and it was in stock. It came in two colors, white and brown. I told him brown. I gave him my card to purchase. He called me back said the brown was not in stock, he made a mistake and looked and the white was in stock. I told him I could not wait, to not charge me, and I would see if I could find it locally. He said it would be available May 28th. Well, they charged my card, told me a few days later the items were in. I specifically said I do not want to order it, and they did it anyway. They don't care about you as a customer, they just care about NO RETURN POLICY, 35% restock fee, after reading this, I definitely said forget it....but they did not care, they charged my card anyway, and that was too bad. If I don't want the set, at 35% restock fee applies to something i did not order. THIS PLACE IS IN BUSINESS because you are too d*** to realize they are a business who rips you off and its just too bad for you.
